I always have a special place in my hearts for the grayish Batman suits, very nostalgic to me.

Couldn't agree more! The grey and blackish blue harkens back to the original comic version and the Adam West costume I loved as I watched the reruns of that show back in the 70's When they changed it up to all black with the Tim Burton/Micheal Keaton Batman I was disappointed. Long Live Grey and Blue Batman.

I've always been a huge fan of Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns. I like the gritty, brooding and imposing nature of the caped crusader. Batman's design has transitioned into 1/6th scale figure rather impressively on the part of Rovanic Studio. Both head sculpts have been immaculately sculpted, painted and detailed. Batman's definitely ready for battle. The body is appropriately muscular and massive. The suit has been nicely stitched and tailored. I really like the cape as well. Articulation is pretty good, aside from the lack of ankle movement. There is little in the way of accessories, but that's perfectly fine. The top notch quality that's presented here more than makes up for it. However, at the very least, I wished that the figure came included with a display stand. Perhaps, Rovanic Studio will make display stands later down the road. This is easily one of the best Batman figures that I've ever seen. Solid overall work in terms of sculpt, paint application and details. Otherwise, thanks as always Justin for another wonderful video. I really appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up!

I have a custom from Rovanic Studio and was told by the artist that the belt, pouches, chest emblems and gauntlets are not pleather, they are real leather.

Man o man, after watching this review, I immediately hit this guy up and placed an order for the same black version on the video. The total price including shipping was a bit of a shock, but I understand this is a custom one of a kind masterpiece and I needed it in my collection. Paid it off in full and I now await this awesome figure to arrive at my doorstep. I watched both part 1 and part 2 of The Dark Knight Returns and fell in love all over again with Frank Miller's version of the bat. So happy you made this video and made me aware of this magnificent figure. Hope you do more of these custom figure reviews in the near future and bring some of these smaller studios/creators to the limelight because before your video I had never heard of this studio. I didn't even have an Instagram account. Created one just to place this order

@@joaodefariajunior7116 I paid $650 for him plus 85 shipping. If I want the angry head sculpt, which I do, is another $150. I paid him the full amount for the figure with shipping. Told him I'll send him the $150 in 2 weeks. The figure is an absolute beast....no doubt as you've seen in the video. It's worth every penny to me. He will be a nice addition to my collection

Wow. Just incredible stuff. Man I wish rovanic could get a license for comic book stuff. I mean hot toys doesn't and they're the licence hoarder. I guess the only hurdle is sideshow maybe. Who knows after jazz inc. I feel DC or wb should want more companies because they get payed for the licence and get money which why would they not want money.
Am I just saying this so I can get loads of figures. Yes but I also like smaller companies as they feel like they listen a lot aswell. I mean soosoo toys is really pushing hot toys now

@@foxxkaws1033 it really depends. Based on all that you might want on your figure he designs it to your custom fit. It is pricey and it could run anywhere from 400 to $600 a figure when you include shipping. But they are truly one-of-a-kind
