Or is it he who is truly sane? The 1980s missed a big chance to change keyboards when home computers came in, to Dvorak or other newer layouts/something better than the hideously outdated QWERTY layout. Which was predicated on not jamming the old-timey pre-computer keys, rather than actual efficiency! Completely sane!!
I don't know if he's a psychopath but he's certainly not good at touch-typing because that's not even a Dvorak layout, which would make some type of sense for faster typing. He is using an ABC keyboard layout, which is just weird. Like what is he, a freaking child?!

I'm glad the premium price was justified with all the premium additions. I have the Hot Toys and am happy with it, but it's obvious that if you spend the extra money you will get a better figure...as it should be.
I was new into the 1/6 figures and I loved him as BATMAN damn too much so I got the HTs one but I really want the inart version looks straight out of movie.

Wow. What a difference! I jumped on the Hot Toys version right away when it was up for P.O, so that’s what I have. …….but the signal and the Batman figure pale in comparison to Inart!. Inart knocked it out of the park. Hot Toys better recognize.

Great job Justin! Probably your best review to date; balanced, extremely comprehensive, some very useful tips, excellent clarity... I've probably missed something out. Having just watched another high profile review, it's also good that you had the balls to reposition the eyes (you're right - as with the Joker - they do look great when looking up and to the left/right). If these are sample pieces for review, it would be very annoying if the TH-camr refrained from demonstrating one of the more important features. And nice job with the cape btw, the other reviewer placed it on the figure without any futzing and made it look bloody awful, akin to the DX09's bagfest.

There’s one scene where he could have used the sticky bomb gun. It’s the scene where the ceiling glass blows up and he falls through to fight riddlers goons. That’s where I think he could have used it

I’ve been waiting for this video!! I’m one of the biggest fans of The Batman (I’m pretty sure I’ve studied the suit more than I did for my education) and this figure is perfect to me! I knew since they showed the first prototype of the hot toys one that this was so much better. Great review, can’t wait to get mine. Hopefully it doesn’t take forever!

I think this guy looks absolutely amazing, but so many people have problems with the head size / sculpt, the rooted hair, the cowl, the cape etc. Doesn’t make sense to me tbh unless they’re just frustrated that they dropped money on the HT one.

InArt did an amazing job with this release. I have the Hot Toys version and I'm very happy with it so I'll be sticking with that one. InArt's stuff leans close to statue territory when it comes to price so it's quite hard for me to justify that price tag. But I'll admit, this figure is stellar. I love, love, love the tailoring of that suit! Huge congrats to all who picked this one up.

Love that it comes with two 1/6 scale figures and they both come with a number of cool things including the Bat Laptop which played a significant part in the film when the Batman cracked the Riddler's website to find out where to go next. I also like that they included the signs that the protesters had in the movie because it sticks to what was in the film. Very neat set!

Honestly I like the Hot toys Better , believe it or not the size of the head for the hot toys it’s actually pretty accurate, there are superior thing on the in art but if we compare quality and price together to me Hot toys wins

Great review as always. It's funny because once you mentioned other people's opinions about the proportions, I noticed it a lot more. Just my opinion, but his arms look too long and his head too small on the Inart release. Which is a shame because the detailing on that suit definitely looks superior to the Hot Toys version. As you said, it'll all depend on personal preference.
I think it’s that hot toys is exaggerated perhaps and inart is more true to human anatomy. We’re used to seeing hot toys’ aesthetic and this is something very different

I agree with you. Robert Pattinson has a giant head compared to his body and I think the HT is more accurate.

MAN, that 1/6 scale functional flashlight.... If they were smart, they would absolutely market that as a stand alone product. I'd buy 4 or 5 of em off gate. That's crazy bananas level awesome right there. And that matte laptop, with the glossy screen looks so real, it's like, is that cursor flashing? lol

Wow that's one set of beautiful figures. Inart is making not just premium figures but the ultimate version of the figure based on the movie. There's no need for v.1.5; v.2.0; v.3.0 etc etc. One and done, and move on to the next figure.

Great review! but dont agree I believe hot toys is a way better value its more accessible, the Ive been studying the heads on both these figures inart looks small the cowl looks like sh figure art head the hot toys looks more movie accurate, inart has more detailed presentation Something I wish Hot toys would do but no I agree inart has some gimmicks that stand out but Hot toys has a way more better value over all , I mean hell thiers more people with the hot toys Batman than the inart resell is going to be way more easy for the collector’s who own the hot toys , either way to each is own great review Justin!

Great review Justin! I can't wait to receive mine in the next months as they hit the US. I will have to respectfully disagree with you on proportions of head to body ratio. I'm looking at stills from the movie currently and Hot Toys looks more authentic to the actor. The Inart head is a bit too small when compared to the pictures. Overall it looks amazing and I look forward to owning it.

is inart really positioned as a more premium product tho? I dont know. The Basic standard set sets you back 370 versus the basic standard ht set sets you back 350 here in europe. Doesnt seem to me like they are positioned as more premium. They just are delivering a better product for the money. Hot toys needs to adept i think.

People keep comparing the prices of the rooted Inart vs the std Hot Toys, either deliberately leaving out the fact there's a sculpted Inart (to push a false narrative to aid their biased arguments) or are just completely ignorant. As for the "premium" side of things, as far as I'm aware, it's collectors who are throwing this term around. Inart themselves, have being saying for a long time now that they are working very hard to make the best figures possible.
With this figure, I don't know how you could prefer the Hot Toys one. Holy moly is this figure a work of art!

I'm really loving The "Batman" & "Bruce Wayne" Figures. Both Highly Detailing and Designed, looked Superb. I can't truly compare INART with Hot Toys. INART is truly up there with Hot Toys. And you got to respect both Companies for putting lots of Blood, Sweat, and Tears into their Art. 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇

Man I'm so excited that Vengeance doesn't have the magnetic cowl. That's what gets me I love to pose my bats and possibly play with him more 😂 so I don't have to worry very much on his head falling or coming off super easy. I love that! As a channel member & someone that has watched your videos for over 6 years with close to 200 figures , i have one question. I am curious as to why “the 3 cool & 3 annoying things” doesn’t apply to any Inart DC figures reviews? Both clearly have issues that you noted at times throughout the video but they get a pass or excuse for the Inart figures but not for the Hot Toys figures that also had minor issues but still got called out? You didn’t show how the belt was assembled? , that bat signal is way bigger then those diamond shaped bases you hate, I love dioramas and big bases myself so not an issue for either company, but having that Hot Toys signal shine the bat symbol on a wall is great & not gimmicky for me, having to position those magnets in a certain position sounds like a pain in the ass to align, a crotch grabber is much easier for me to set it and forget it, i just have to take the figure off the base then pop it back on with ease. I have the Hot Toys Batman & Signal set which is great for the price. The Inart price point isn’t worth in my opinion. But thank you for the in-depth video to make me appreciate my cost effective decision to go with Hot Toys. I like the proportions and scale much better on the Hot Toys then the Inart one. The rooted hair did look good but I don’t need that personally. Having all that die cast makes the Inart figure heavier but the Hot Toys one has the heft in hand without any die cast on it. Even though your video was almost an hour long and after watching it twice, I see you did a good job showing the good points of the Inart figure and also made me appreciate my Hot Toys one even more. Thanks for the long comment and for being an awesome channel member! I do pros and cons for hot toys for a couple of reasons. 1. It was my direct response back in the day to folks who said I loved everything all the time. 2. As they're an established company I felt I could be more critical.
INART are a new company in the 1/6 world with only 5 releases under their belt. So I don't feel it's fair to hold them to the same standard as hot toys with 500+ figures released. Maybe in the future I can add it in though!
The belt doesn't need to be assembled, just put around his waist and clasped closed, fiddly on camera but not hard to do.
The positioning of the magnets in the base is super easy. You pop the figure on the base, reach under and move the magnets around until they stick. After that you can just leave it and close it up.
The bat signal is a stand alone piece, a display piece. A diamond base adds nothing in terms of being a display piece, it's an obnoxious use of space that adds nothing to the collection. As for projecting on the wall, if you have the signal facing you directly, hot toys or inart, projection doesn't matter because it would just project on you. If you have it facing the wall or ceiling then you're hiding all the stunning detail on the front. That's why I think its not necessary.

As much as i absolutely love the rooted hair and the realism it adds, i’ll probably end up going for the standard version whenever that one finally releases. Premium figure means premium prices 😅
In this case I think it makes the most sense, especially if you're going to display the figure with the cowl, and the what? £100-150 price difference. Rooted is more impactful on longer haired figures such as Joker, Gandalf, Aragorn, but sculpted is more than adequate when the stranding is very fine, like what we're seeing with Inart's Cavill Superman.

50:51 I’m really glad I waited for the Inart Batman because it’s the clear winner for me. Buying a custom cowl and collar would improve the HT one, but also make it potentially more expensive than the Inart. However, overall the Inart figure would still trump the HT one.
The proportions, the diecast details, the scaling, the wearthering, and the sharper sculpt on the Inart suit alone really makes this figure feel like a shrunken down prop replica than a figure. The HT figure seems like toy version of it with the shiny plastic pieces and out of proportion body and cowl.
The beautiful Inart rooted hair head sculpt (compared the plastic looking, Jared Leto looking HT sculpt), the diecast accessories, including that brilliant (pun intended) flashlight, really adds to the premium feel Inart is going for. Plus it has better articulation than the HT one, especially at the torso!
Add all that together and it’s a no brainer for me- Inart or bust.
We were rewarded for the wait for sure!
Just received my Deluxe hot toys and it's also my first one. After seeing this, I want this one as well but my Hot Toys will be just fine

Watching what some customers have done with HT The Batman, I think I find a slightly stronger likeness in their cowled sculpts... But they really need to improve their paint job. The comparison with Inart shows how overly tan and kind of plain HT paints pale people.
