The detail on this figure is incredible. Even the one eye being slightly more open than the other is done purposefully, in the movie Batman always has a contact lens in one eye that records what he sees

I watched the whole review. Very impressive figure and accessories. I think this is a great example of why competition is important. Hot Toys is feeling the heat from inart and wanted to show off what they could do. Without inart this set would be nowhere close to what it is. We can thank them for pushing Hot Toys.

Technically, my first 1/6 purchase ever, about 18 months ago. It's nice to know it'll be worth the wait, and come full circle, as a best figure contender, especially after acquiring about 40+ figures since July.

@JustinsCollection amazing review Justin! Can't wait to get mine. One thing I'm worried about though and I didn't see this listed in the product description is whether the base batman comes with the wired cape or if that was exclusive to the deluxe
Awesome review as always Justin. God, this figure looks absolutely amazing. Can confirm his belt is a repurposed police belt! I’ve got one myself for my Rick grimes cosplay. The basketweave is definitely a good telltale sign. Those pouches on the front are probably repurposed mag pouches or containers of some kind.

Fantastic review, thank you Justin! I spotted one thing and wondered if anyone else had: as far as I'm aware, the cape should sit over the shoulder pads rather than under them. Also, the point you raised about where the cape sits behind the chest plate - you're correct and on Hot Toys promo pics, the cape seems to sit where it should behind that plate... 🤷

Fantastic review! Can't remember the number of times I checked my TH-cam feed to see if your review for this one was up, and it was well worth the wait! Nearly an hour long, what a super effort! Lot of work went into this one, really appreciate it as always! I too was apprehensive about Pattinson, but absolutely loved the movie & Hot Toys have outdone themselves as you said. Can't wait for this one!

I was waiting for this! Great review! I didn’t pick this up because it didn’t look as accurate as the inart figure (the finish/ texture on his chest isn’t quite right, much better that the prototypes though. Also like you said the cape should be split in the middle and should be over the shoulder pads).
The bat signal is very cool, I might pick it up, and the bat cycle is pretty cool as well. The main accessory that I want though is the Batmobile! But the only one is from JND and that was very expensive and sold out! Also if your interested in the costume a while back I found a forum with lots of information on materials and specific items for the costume, they figured out the exact clips used on his holster which is insane!
Anyway, great video, I can’t wait for Inart’s figure to release!

I watched another review and he had trouble putting the Pattinson head on with the cape too. It would make sense that it was supposed to be used without the cape. Idk how I'll display mine. So many options. I got my bike yesterday. Massive piece. I love it. Figure of the year for my collection

Hi Justin. Hope all is well with you . I really wanted this figure and I may still get it.
I completely fell in love with this Batman. He had such a new and dark twist to Batman. The dark and rainy depiction in the film made me think of being in NY at night, NY is my hometown and the movie felt like that for me.
What more can be said about this figure? So much and so many amazing things about it! It’s so incredible. From this amazingly detailed box for vengeance and packaging to the rough and hand constructed look of the suit, it’s so remarkable. I just love the fanfare of it all. He’s presented in an appropriate fashion with the darkness, explosions and symbols surrounding him. Pattinson made this role his own and there are so many layers. The reconfiguration of the base is cool.
I noticed the weapons that are part of this figure, it’s great to have these.
Thank goodness those faceplates look just like the character, it’s so much fun to see the variety of options for this figure.
I didnt know anything about Batarangs, I’ll need to pick up that concept art book.
I just can’t see much off with this figure and while the angry mouth plate isn’t perfect, I think this figure is perhaps the most detailed and well thought out when it comes to features. He’s such a beautiful sculpt, with a rough and ready look and I agree that he’s got seemless head sculpt joints. My goodness there is so much to say about how good this figure looks.
I agree Pattinson is slender and looks on point here, the textures in the suit do look outstanding.
I picked up a pricey joker figure for my best friend for Christmas, maybe he got this one for me for the holiday. If not, I want this figure now even more than ever. Thanks so much for this excellent review and Happy Holidays 💎😊

Totally agree about Batfleck. He was definitely the most comic-accurate in design, movement, and combat, and his performance was awesome. Pattinson is incredible though, and I can't wait to see the next The Batman movies and shows!

For the bat signal you could try to make a warmer filter out of some translucent yellow-orange~ish material and put it just behind the louvers

A yellow light source does not project a distinctly strong silhouette or shadow when shone over an object, whereas white light does. I know this because I tried making batman signals as a kid as well. It makes sense that Hot Toys choose practicality over screen accuracy with regards to the Bat Signal.

From what I have seen of the Inart prototype pieces and this Hot Toys production figure, this wins when it comes to the accessories. I also think the likenesses here looks better for both the Batman and Bruce Wayne portraits, I am one of the few who thinks the changes Inart has made to their sculpts has gone backwards from the first shots Inart gave us and the prototype Justin covered in Vegas. I prefer the detail, proportions and materials on the Inart work-in-progress. Whatever version you get, this looks to be a win win. Happy new year to you Justin and your family.

I didn't think I was going to like the movie because Pattinson was Batman. But I really liked this film and the new take on Batman. This is the way he should be, a detective. This figure is badass and hot toys hit a home run here. Everything you reviewed is top of the line perfection in my opinion. If I had extra funds I would definitely put this in my collection

He's a great actor...unfortunately people only associate him with the 'Twilight' series. Go check out the movie 'Good Time' from 2017. Fantastic crime/thriller from the Safdie Brothers who also made 'Uncut Gems' with Sandler.

Not only that, it came with Tons of Accessories included. You Definitely can't Beat it. You got more what you paid for. It's truly worth it. And I couldn't denied it, that the Hot Toys "Batman" Figure looked so Incredibly well made. What caught my Eyes the most was the Batcycle. The Highly Detailing and Designed were Out of this World!
