Cold weekend forecast! September 7-8, 2024 (Michigan)

Temperatures will be well below normal around the Great Lakes through the weekend. Friday night through Sunday morning will be the most noticeable. Some areas will be as cold as the middle 30s overnight! Highs on Saturday struggle to even hit 60 degrees for many across The Mitten. Sunday we're back to the 60s & 70s, Monday we're in the 70s & 80s, then 80s after that for some time. Crazy!
Watch out for waterspouts over the warm lake waters this weekend as well.
