Usually the Cos is for 3 years so after 3 years you apply for an extension. After 5 years you can apply for indefinite leave to remain which makes you eligible for some benefits.

Thank you dear . Please with the visa application, if you are coming with a dependent, you will pay twice of the visa fee application? And also is it possible to come to the uk with your dependent the same day . And lastly when you are filling your visa application, is it possible that where the main applicant will stay , the dependent can choose to stay in a different place when filling the details or they all put in the same place the will live

Nanelle! your information is just too impactful and timely, however, do you mean a couple, with one of them a dependent can not access mortgage Loan, even if their credit scores are good and have met all other requirements, because they are on tier two VISA as a sponsor and dependent. please, do well to educate me further on this.

Hello madam! I am Steve from Cameroon .I first of all wish to thank you for all the valuable content you share to us .
This is my question and I will be grateful if you can help me with some clarification.
My wife is currently living in the UK with our 3 kids under a tier 2 health care working visa. She went in march and our kids followed in July. Now I wish to join them.
My question is concerning the financial requirements. I wish to know what amount of money she as my wife and sponsor needs to have in her account in other to meet the financial requirements and for how long must it be in the account before I can apply for my dependent visa.
    Thanks

Good morning sis. You are doing a great job. My wife entered UK August this year, while her COS expires September 7th this year. Now we are planning to join her as her dependants, can we still make use of the COS?
    Thanks for your response.
