    Don’t leave your kids with anyone. Go with them everywhere you go because replacing money with kids will cost you big time when they grow up. People have kids there and they’re equally surviving. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

      Hello Nanelle.
      Thanks this Great job you do to help people From Africa to Migrat to UK. But please Make 1 video talking to these people who got chance and migrate UK on behalf of care homes and after getting there , these people tend to work for care homes for just 3 to 4months and they cancel their contracts with the care homes that sponsored her in everything and they decide join Agencies, Remember when your in UK and got another company that can sponsor you and offered the offer letter and COS your free to sign and cancel the contract, but this kind of situation their are putting to other Africans to loose chance of getting jobs in UK and as well as care homes getting disappointed from Africans. These people is letting care homes to get afraid and freeze their sponsorship from recruiting from African, One day CARE HOMES ASSOCIATION is going to stop care homes to recruit Africa. I have seen so many complaints from CARE HOMES ASSOCIATIONS so many care home are complaining of Such people. Many African people are down there struggling to get COS but other Africans when they get to UK they just start to look for agency and cancel their contracts with care home. This situation is the reason why people do not get COS as it was expected, care home a freezing their visa because of Africans who do not appreciate and they cancel their contracts in just 3 to 4months of working. I think you should check the cost of childminders again. Because they are OFSTED registered, they are more expensive than nannies. because in London precisely, they charge within the range of £10-£15 per hour. Nannies are not OFSTED registered so not licensed and insured.

    • @rubylane9867
      @rubylane9867 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lets start from finding out why people leave the Care Homes. Is it because of overworking and low pay. The cost of living is too high , rent alone , council tax and transport is too expensive. People still have to send money back home to support their families. They still have to save for the ticket to be able to travel home for emergencies or holidays. If these issues are not considered one will assume people are unreliable to the Care Homes that recruited them whereas the salary do not match their cost of living.

      @@NanelleGriselda Hello Nanelle.
Your helping people you should talk about this because people are loosing and as well you. If you need to get more of these people I know them.
      Many Thanks.

      Like Nanelle said...You'll be fine, relax Sunshine🤗😌 you are pregnant, you are blessed o. you will find ways through this...that future coming child is an amazing blessing for you both...be prayerful, be mindful, gain positive resources, that will help you and your partner & your other children and keep holding on to him👆🏾👆🏾 always...he makes ways...he is our miracle worker... I can testify to that. I was made redundant at 6mths pregnant with my 3rd too in 2015...hubby was on part time job, not much coming in, but God was faithful to us .. he came thru for us... 6yrs later, my blessed boy, our 3rd opened more doors for us that we never thought possible...that was God's doing...😄🙏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾...You need not fret at all. Get in touch with Nanelle and if you need any support..I'm always here too🤗💞
