Saying no has given me healthy boundaries!! Removing toxic drama drains from my life , they can find someone else to complain to, I help others who deserve my time ! Thank you for this ❤love your work
sometimes the exact thing i need to relax and get my troubled mind off the things that are bothering me, are the same things i do when i am avoiding doing the things that need to be done. procrastination is my handicap. so then the cycle still continues. i feel good about the thing that im working on, but i hate myself for avoiding the things i should be doing. I know why I'm overwhelmed. Everything is too expensive and life is just exhausting trying to play their stupid little sl@ve game. How do we fix that? Work 12 jobs? Naw....... Time to go live in the woods away from this dystopian nightmare. No amount of meditation or exercise going to fix it. I feel like life is a Total joke. In the meantime I'll keep trying to find a way out that doesn't involve self deletion.
