- Come with me to the newly Rebranded Dreams Jade, Formerly Now Jade officially rebranded on July 1st 2021. This is a Preferred Club suite room tour with a King room with an ocean view and I did get a chance to view a double bed suite also with a pool view.
I booked this on a Mystery Deal or Impress me deal thru my agent so I did not know where I was staying until 48 hours ahead of time.
Dreams Jade is a family friendly resort, and I will be doing a resort tour in another video.
The Preferred Club pool is adults only and was lovely, 4'6 inches deep and heated with a full bar and lunch service, it closes at 7pm. Oh and you can bring your own pool floaty here if you like they do sell some at the resort and the pool guys will even have them blown up for you.
The Preferred Club Lounge opens at 7:00 am for coffee and continental breakfast and the bar opens officially in the Lounge at 11:30am (wink wink) and closes at 11pm.
The room was beautiful and the only weird thing was no doors to the shower bath area so if someone took a shower it was a "everyone takes a shower time", you better love your roommate, haha.

Hi! Is this a big resort? If you are in preferred club, do they have a cart to drive you around? Thank you.
My girlfriend and I booked a preferred club suite ocean view, do you know if there were any shades for privacy on the balcony if we wanted to use the whirlpool tub or is it pretty open to everyone's view?
It is open to all and no blinds, and yes people did tell us they saw a show over by the restaurant on a balcony, lol

@@VABLM757 The room was great! Very big and loved the shower and bathroom setup. The whirlpool tub being on the balcony is kind of annoying so we ended up not using it. We also had easy access to the preferred club pool. It was definitely worth the extra money for the preferred club.

It does make a bed, we did see that it could open up but we never used it. Have a great time!
Was there 5 days in July 2022. We had cash taken from room after room service. 3 cells phone stollen from other guest while on the premises. Other all good….lol Security was a joke and said sorry we can’t pull anything from cameras.

How is the beach is there alot of seaweeds
That depends on if there are storms out at sea, the Yucatán has the seaweed pushed right into the area. The resort does a great job every morning, they work hard to get it clean up.

I personally did not see it, but not all the bars carry the same liquor. We stayed mainly in the preferred pool. Have fun!

The food is good, Mercur was our favorite, the buffet is all pre portioned and lots of options. The Preferred extras are private check-in, Preferred Lounge with bar and continental breakfast and snacks through out the day, two room snacks (m&m's & Pringles) Concierge service from 7am-11pm, the Preferred pool which is adult only and where we stayed most of the time, and Capers opens for Preferred club members at 8am for a sit down breakfast. Have fun!
