@@nebisrael2250 Actually, only parts of Bahamas got impacted, so they'd love you to visit the remaining parts of the country and help boost the economy. And nowhere got hit in FL, so the whole state is wide open for travel. Enjoy!
We went in October, if we remember correctly lol! It was definitely rainy season, but it was an awesome time. We always go September-November because that’s when all the hotel deals are happening.
@@FamilyonStandby Thanks so much for the response! I tried finding reservation prices for those dates and..whoa boy.. 350 a night. I then tried Feb...Wow, don't do that, it was 800 a night. lol
Holy crap!! Where are you looking?! We just looked and it was $219/person in Feb. Shoot us an email at help (at) familyonstandby.com and we can send some links.
How did you do hibachi with a baby in tow? Did he just stay in the pram? How did you manage with the a la carte dinners? Need tips for our trip with a baby! Thanks :)
He just hung out in his stroller. Was very young in this. We’ve done other trips with somewhat older babies and it takes some effort to keep them entertained. We trade off and on a ton so no one parent takes the brunt. This is hard with mom breastfeeding, but we make it work.
What is YOUR favorite vacation spot?!
Family on Standby probably the Bahamas or Florida but they got hit by Dorian so it might just be destroyed now

Churros are my life! :) Cool stuff! I usually head down to Playa del Carmen when in that part of Mexico! I need to give Cancun a try!
Freaking love churros. Like, honestly, they're the perfect breakfast/dessert/snack/staple.
Churros for breakfast would be my kids dream come true. There are so many pools 😍
Churros are OUR dream breakfast, too. So no judgement here, kid. Churro-on. And ya - tons of pools! It was so much fun.
Starting this video off right! Churros for breakfast. This place looks amazing!
Bahaha! Obama. It does kinda.
Churros for breakfast are a magnificent thing :)
He talked a lot like Obama as well - the same kind of voice and cadence. We were thoroughly amused.
Thanks for the review and OH-IO!
Go Bucks!!
High five 🙌 from Mérida! Break free from boring resort life
Y’all, Mérida is like.... next on our list. Dream! We would love to visit as soon as humanly possible.
What month did you go here? It doesn't look busy at all. So peaceful!
