Some Jeep Wrangler JL vehicles came from the factory with LED front turn signals and that's a cool look but if yours didn't, and you wish it had, we have the easy solution for you to get that white LED look and a brighter amber turn signal too! If your Jeep Gladiator has halogen headlights from the factory, this guide is the same for both JL and JT vehicles.

Our LED bulb kit replaces your old incandescent front turn signal bulbs with a 'switchback' LED bulb. It shows white under normal parking light or DRL mode and it blinks amber when you activate your turn signal.
This type of application is only for the Jeep Wrangler 'Sport' models that have the smaller front turn signal assemblies with halogen-style blinker bulbs.

My Jeep only came with the LED back lights...I converted the Headlines then the rest look sad so I’m glad I did the Switchback & fog light all white LED now my Jeep looks update it and amazing not mention better lightning for night time.
Switchbacks lights only work on the Sport models.
I've seen your videos for upgrading the Wrangler JL backup lights, fog lights, and turn signals but are you going to do a video for upgrading the halogen headlights to Supernova LED? Thanks.

I was trying to install this kit, but my JL doesn't have Withe/Green wire. It has White/Yellow, White/brown and black one. Which color should I pick up?

Black is likely ground so you have a 50% chance with the others. A test light or VOM will tell you for sure. HR has a video on this - search for one on resistors. th-cam.com/video/ADKjG3Z2L5w/w-d-xo.html
If you have a Tazer Mini, you'll be able to enable the DRL and set the turn signal bulb type to LED. Doing this, you will NOT need the resistor pack!

@@HeadlightRevolution Thanks! I do have a follow-up question. Should these switchback DRLs be on all of the time? Even after "enabling" them in the Tazer Mini programmer, they only appear to be on when I turn on the lights.
Turn signal wire color for passenger side please…?
Green and white was the driver side and it was correct
Passenger side is offering blue and white
Anyone having any issues w/those resistors? Did this exact install on my 2018JL, but 6 weeks after install the bulb went out on driver side then came on. Now the passenger side went out then came back on, days later. I used the clips for the install. I ordered new resistors, but does anyone have any idea what's happening happening? It can't be the bulbs if they're coming back on. Will greatly appreciate any feedback. Ty!
wish you had some in stock i would buy a pair. my sport came with rear factory LEDs i want to make the front match the rear now.
Tazer - no resistor. Also heat shrink tubing is a better option for those wires.
Just a note, Tazer only works up to like 2021 or 22 models. It won’t even go past the open screen for newer models. Tazer needs to update their gadgets.

Do you need to activate DRL's with a tuner or will these just straight work? I've heard conflicting reports.
On these Jeeps the turn signals work very well on 90% of vehicles. We rarely hear reports of customers needing the tuner for these bulbs in particular. Some other bulbs do require the tuner more often than not.

Just a note to update this thread, the Tazer tuner only works up to 2021 or 22 models. It will not work on newer models. So until Tazer finally updates their units be sure to check their info before you buy one of their units.

Do you know if reflashing or using a Flashcal would prevent you from having to use resistors?
Yes, if you have the capability to flash the ECU to the OEM LED settings, then you would not need to install resistors!

It will work as long as your Jeep does NOT have OEM LED turn signals!

They are around 5500k, They are a very crisp white color. They match the SV4 headlights perfectly. -Chris W
