Somewhere there has to be something other than the spiral staircase for getting into the basement or the quasi second floor (storage attic?). Even if the basement was something like a wine cellar better access would be needed.

it's disappointing to see a house this good to go to waste. at least put it through auction or something so it gets new owners.
It is in the path of a new housing estate .... worth millions more as the subdivision it is about to become
