There's too many quiet spots that need something outstanding, visual or musical. They aren't moving as much while playing as we have all seen them do past seasons. It's a very very clean show. It also feels easier than past year's. There's a lot of great things in this, but there is still some work needed in show design
Drill design is very subpar, especially coming from a renowned designer who wrote for thr Cadets. This is what happens when BAC takes Crown's visual staff.
i know this is 3 years ago but i’ve always thought this. imo it’s my favorite dci opener but i didn’t feel like the rest of the show carried the momentum that opener had. but what do i know, i never got the chance to march 😂 i’m just glad i saw someone with a similar opinion.
Huh?, like hearing an actual song. They played two classical pieces in the opener and closer. I suggest with the corps announce there shows along with the music, look up the musical pieces they are using. The only corps to do a full show with an orginal piece that has never been played by anyone and won championship was the Cavaliers 2002.
