Yes, I like it, I love that simple yet emotive sequence, it made me feel good, crazy, but it really made me feel good, keep up the good work, can't wait for the next installment! 😊
Thank you! The first part is interesting if you're into the more avant garde minimalism, but I think the second part really shines by showing the musicality of artists like Reich & Glass. Super inspiring & interesting and reframed how I approach a lot of my music making.
Thanks! A little trick to keep the song evolving without having the change patterns or key it in live. I was messing up my timing quite a bit, especially on the latter half of the song, so I programmed in steps 17-48. So the first 44 seconds is just steps 1-16 (live recorded as you see at the beginning of the video) repeating and then at :44, I extend the pattern out to the full 48 steps. To do this quickly, I turn 16->18 then shift+turn to jump by 10 steps at a time. To change pattern legnth you use key 4/"Last"
Thank you for demonstrating the S1’s ambient potential 🙏
Thank you!
I love minimalism.
Thank you very much.
Thank you for listening!

Thank you! This means so much to me
You made such good use of the pitch/key shifting. I haven’t experimented with that much yet. Great simple but moving sequence.
Well done.
Great stuff. Had not heard of the documentary you mentioned in the description, looks really interesting.

This is simple and beautiful.

Thank you!
Always wanted to play with Synth but not sure which one to get. After watching your videos I think I will get the S1 as well
it's a great started synth!
Roland needs to update the S-1 to include MIDI Volume
What a nice piece of music. What did you do at 44 seconds. I’m still learning my s1
