A good distance is suggested precisely to avoid possible rear-ending which is likely when vehicles break down or stall, like the bike did. Yes, stalling in traffic is also dangerous, but so is driving too close, as all others were. 5) In the whole sequence from 3:10 to chase the no-helmet idiot, our boy is overtaking a scooter from the left when there is no lane or no space. Filtering that way is a nuisance to all the traffic that is attempting to maintain lane discipline. He also mentions this in his own caption! 6) 3:53, rear-ending is always the fault of the rear-ender; and then the same at 4:17. He uses his camera to protect himself from faults. I can go on, but I hope you get the point. I am not trying to defend the people he has highlighted. Some of them are clearly at fault. But such videos are not helping. Get your own act together. Show the people how to follow rules rather than showing people their mistakes.

I always maintian a safe braking distance, but within 0.5 seconds a scooter rider enters out out of nowhere and tries to fill that gap forcibly. It's an unfortunate reality of riding in cities here.

I always maintian a safe braking distance, but within 0.5 seconds a scooter rider enters out out of nowhere and tries to fill that gap forcibly. It's an unfortunate reality of riding in cities here.
Say what you want. I used to ride down these roads from 2006-2013. Been in the US for 10+ years now. I still miss Bangalore. The city has an amazing vibe to it. Can't wait to be back!

Don't blame the people, blame the govt. Our road systems dont really accomodate to every kind of vehicles and we just are living in a road systems that are generalized and not really built to accommodate and made rly fool proof! So, I blame the government for having such old people in every sector and not motivating the innovations in the huge array of categories that fall under their responsibility. And so, I think, instead of trying to help the cops, help people and make them educate that if the road was actually a bit wider to accomodate more vehicles then this guy did not really have to go slow!! And speaking of which, howcome your illegal overtake is being ignored? I have seen, that, thought the video you yourself to be breaking so many laws, do you get yourself responsible for it all? I just dont get it man! For some pocket money you do this or this is your full time job!
