Mine 11e yoga win10.. after update latest bios, the touch screen function gone. I try open at device manager, still dont have option.. can you help me?
But if it was working with the older BIOS but not after the update then I’d revert back to the older BIOS. Unless you’ve got a compelling reason to update, there’s no need to… if it’s not broken, don’t try and fix it. 😜
Also check the GPIO drivers as they control the touch screen. The comments for the video in the link about discuss that. The barerobert comment from about 5 years ago has the full details.
Hey, I also have the same model of the laptop but mine as some issues. When I tried to update date and time using the BIOS it refused to change. The date and time figures were in grey.
It should update automatically when Windows updates. If it keeps forgetting the time then replace the CMOS battery… 11e is old enough to need that doing…
The BIOS can be set to load defaults, but if yuj're talking about Windows then you can reinstall it using a USB stick. The original 11e came with Windows 8 anyway. Hope this helps.
Bad news.... see page 31 - download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/yoga_370_hmm_en_sp40k88757.pdf "Attention: If the supervisor password has been forgotten and cannot be made available to the service technician, there is no service procedure to reset the password. The system board must be replaced for a scheduled fee." :(

How to reset yoga11e
It depends on the version of Windows you have installed, but each one has a reset option or you can just use a USB to do it.
