Separate the upper body (rotate) with the lower body on 1(shoulder hip knee foot on weight).
The most important in this movement is--we go Thought the knee.
The left leg/foot is still working to the end of 1 to prepare for the swing on 2.
Man's head turn with the spine, finished closing RF with nose over the breath bone (sternum). head weight slightly to R to counter balance of over turning toward left side.
Head weight is very important in the all the movements.

The couples facial expression before & after the first natural turn, in the way of asis, does speak for itself!

There is not much that I agree with in this video! I don`t agree with the structure of the rotation. Nor the swing. The base creates the top not the other way around. The Left sway is also kept far too long. Even this couple who are no doubt very rehearsed doing this method find it difficult to balance.
The feet I suspect are alo slightly underturned from what can be seen.

I disagree, the rotation to allow the the Man to pass by on the Outside of the turn is a "wonderful" technique; the stron use of CBM allows the Swing leg (Gait terminology) Hip to rise
