This will be helpul for those who want to come to UK to study or work here. The cost of living in uk is expensive. I'm from Essex and it very expensive. However places like Nottingham , Manchester etc are cheaper .

What! Less than 600 pounds for 2bed apartment. Where I live,which is not inside London, 1 heard that 1 bed apartment costs 1k month.
When we are ready to downside from our current 4 bed house due to our children all grown and left home, will be on my way 🚶 to Durham. Let me keep watching for the rest.
You can even get a 3 bedroom at that amount.

Yeah Chinenye. I have been to Hull in the past. It's also a great place for foreigners and students. Living expenses quite affordable. It's also in the list of affordable places to live in UK

Cost of childcare very high in UK hence everyone takes care of their children on their own
