    Brilliant. I laughed at the pushing and pulling part when he talks about the mobile being in another room, and the inconvenience to getup, and fetch it to order food, pull screen down and push a button. Funny and yet, in reality, not funny for human health. Thank you to both of you! 👌❤️

    Loved the ending, we have definitely forgotten how to just 'play', great conversation on what is really just being as you should already be, thank you both, I had noticed my exercise (and spiritual) regime(s) had become boring and stressful lately, they are going to turn into play again from now on.

    Thank you for such an inspiring video both Tony & George. I relate to Tony in the part where he tells about his experience talking to the public the first time. I have the same redness face and overwhelmed heat rush constantly in my life, not just when speaking in public. I get that body response in various different situations and I feel so humiliated each timeI don’t know anybody with this problem and I don’t know how to deal with it. I started meditating a year ago go and I also do George”s breathing practices. I wonder if there is some specific practice that you both can recommend for regulating this body response. I guess I’m always in alert mode as I have worked in really toxic work environments most of my life in the fashion industry and I feel in danger a lot of times. It will be so helpful if you could share any tips. Thank you so much George for this useful channel I’m learning a lot from it and I have improved a lot on my anxiety. Sending love from Spain!
