I working on getting myself in shape to climb Mt. St. Helens this summer, but can't afford a gym. I'm filling 2 liter bottles with water and putting them in backpack, started with 1, now i'm using 3. If you are mountain climbing don't forget to work cardio and do some lung exercises to increase your stamina for the climb
