    I accidentally watched a 20 minute video about an atv I don't own. But you did an incredible job walking through the process. I like the way the tusk spring compressor worked. Seemed high quality

    i did back springs swapped for the heavy duty springs from an x2 model. those were scary to compress with a car spring tool, and they were like 160 cad delivered. i got that and the 2 inch bolt on for the strut. very back heavy now, hills are sketchy with a passenger

    Hey Evan great work on this video! I wanted to ask how the lift/axles held up after a good years worth of time? I just did the lift on my '21 570 and snapped my rear axle on the second ride turning 26" mayhems so trying to determine if the Demons are better or just remove the lift

    Where did you buy the lift? I’m running the same quad on 27x9s and I rub a little with the kid on the back. I have highlifter springs to go in but I’m worried they will eventually sag and I’ll be in the same boat...

    • @EvanCaron
      @EvanCaron  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      its all just eBay stuff. 2" full lift was like $30 cad ( i didn't use the rear lift as it is too much angle ) and the 2" spring spacer lift was about $24 cad delivered. i would have gone with the highlifter or epi hd springs but huge price difference. will probably sell this atv off in 2 years and upgrade anyways. there a ton of fun!

  • @concealit4800

  • @gshew6769

    How crappy did the rear ride? Those spares give no actual lift, just stiff suspension.

    • @EvanCaron
      @EvanCaron  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Spring tension sets ride height.. has no effect on how the shocks operate lol, you can clearly see the atv sits higher after they are installed. You are right that its not “actual lift”, they just get rid of spring sag and top out the shocks. Does ride stiffer than stock since they literally make the springs constantly compressed but not that noticeable in my opinion, would do spacers again

  • @concealit4800
    @concealit4800 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    An u will also have problems with axle popping out of rear diff because ur suspension will be at full droop all the time

  • @travisboots9263
    @travisboots9263 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    So do those spring spacers actually lift it? So you actually have 4inches of lift on the front? With the spring spacers and lift kit that was already on it. I’m wondering because the way mines set up dont have the type of spring that takes the strut mount lift

    • @EvanCaron
      @EvanCaron  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      100% 4” lift if the front from stock in the front, backs good with just 2”

  • @TheM4J0RT0M

    What’s the purpose of the spring spacer? To stiffen up the ride?

    • @EvanCaron
      @EvanCaron  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      M4J0R T0M stiffens and gives approx 2” lift. Better option is HD springs, either Highlifter or EPI but was going to cost about $500 cad to get them, spacers were about $25 for similar results

  • @shawnsturgeon1014
    @shawnsturgeon1014 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    So my question is.. if I install 2” lift, is it hard on axles? I watch one video saying axles would explode but didn’t explain why

    • @EvanCaron
      @EvanCaron  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its definitely harder on axles than stock, the more angle the harder it is! Also depends on the rider and how much its abused haha.

  • @kevinhounslow1222

    Hey sir, I just bought a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570. I’ve been on it for about a month and find that it sags on me pretty good. About 2-2 1/2 inches. We do a lot of rock climbing and dirt hill climbs. I’m about 315 lbs. What would you recommend to eliminate the sag? Besides not being a fat boy. lol. Thank you, sir.
