    Great Videos glad to see you guys are growing, I've got a Polaris 2011 850 xp
    Had a question if you had any ideas. My 2nd atv is a 2009 450 king quad with a carb. Everything's clean and good. New battery, spark plug and wires but the ignition coil keeps burning out. Any ideas what else to check or look at?

    Thanks for the great video. I own the exact same bike and this gave me the confidence to try this on my own (upgraded from 24s to 26s).I'm just wondering did you remove the rear plastic for video purposes only, it doesn't look like it would be in the way? just looking at it I thought it could be done without removing the rear plastic?

      Great to hear!! Thanks for watching!! I think you do have to pull the plastics to get the cover off, but let me know if it’s not necessary saves a lot of work lol.

      @@garageforty2 don’t know if anyone got to you about it, but you shouldn’t have to remove the rear plastics. I’ve had it off on my 21 multiple times without removing the rear plastics. I know the body has changed some, but they’re very similar at the same time.

      It gives a little more torque and can spin bigger tires. I wouldn’t get one unless you have bigger tires

    • @garageforty2

  • @CMDRTeklow82
    @CMDRTeklow82 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Witch version of the kit did you get. I have a 2022 450ho going to put 27in mud lites on it. I’m certain I’ll need a kit eventually. I contacted epi told them I want to do light mudding trails. Water wheelies but I want to be able to peel out or small wheelies in the dirt. There recommending the sport utility version of the kit rather then the mudding. What’s your thoughts. I honestly don’t go over 25mph much. But I want the power to the ground for climbing and mud if I get into a pickle

    • @garageforty2
      @garageforty2  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      So initially I got the trail/utility one which was good then I went even bigger with the tires and called EPI the only difference between the two is the mudder one comes with a secondary spring, so I got that separately. I would say for 27”s the trail is your best choice. Big difference over stock! Then if you really wanted you could get the secondary later.

    • @CMDRTeklow82

      @@garageforty2 so I got my kit installed. Love it. After I installed kit. I noticed the clunky noises from belt box don’t happen as much so that’s good I guess and when the Engine braking system kicks in now there weird jet engine powering down noise sounds cool tho. But man I’m a 300lbs man and this bike now is so responsive I have to hold on to handle bars harder now cause it’s so snappy. Love it.
