I've seen a lot of people saying negative stuff about the game. Me personally I had a lovely experience with this game. Flying as a bird feels really good and the music was really relaxing. I didn't really get lost and I didn't even tried to go to the right direction. I just explored. That made me start from the temple that's usually is supposed to be last in the game but it didn't matter much. The puzzles were as hard as I wanted them to be (for a relaxing game). Many people say the ending was a let down since it leavesany wholes uncovered but it didn't mess up my experience. Like, it's not the end of the world am I right? If you want to play something relaxing with a beautiful story then I recommenf AER for sure!
This is one of the most concise yet informative reviews I've seen for anything for a while and I really appreciate it. I've seen this game on the shop for a while now and it's on sale again, and I think review may have just sold me on it.
The flying in this game is worth the price of admission alone. I remember the first time I flew at top speed then transformed back to human again only to keep my momentum and soar through the air onto an island. It's a genuinely indescribable feeling.
Just finished this. It was great for what it was. Not as challenging as Flower or Journey or ABZÛ, but just as meditative and just as cozy. Definitely enjoyable if you’re looking to reset your palette between heavier and more involved games.
I definitley was looking for more of a challenge with this game like interacting more with the wildlife harvesting plants etc. enemies that would have taken this game up a notch. Still a beautiful game but definitley if you want something extremely leisurely not for someone looking for more of a fast pace.
i played the game and i dont like it as much as ther other games like journey or abzu i liked it until i flew around and didnt know were to go then found the way after 20 minutes or something and again didnt know were to go...
For anyone wondering, the people at the lighthouse are the ones who give you directions. If you're in the correct area, you should see pillars of light marking important locations and it's ok to look up a guide.
It’s a game for people who have no problem not knowing what is happening and what they have to do. You just gotta go with the flow and check out things that spark your interest, then you’ll accidentally solve it.
Just bought it for 2 dollars... It wasn’t worth it.. I quickly tired of it and didn’t enjoy all the reading and the story.. also I haven’t seen any forest or animals yet and man I’ve given up finding them even though those images led my to purchase.
Just a word of warning. I got it in sale and it was extremely broken. Crashed on me 3 times in about 20 minutes. I just wont play games that are made so badly they crash over and over £2, or not.
I came here while looking for controls in the bird form. So far, those were really beautiful few minutes, but then the protagonist turns into a bird and... then it sucks ass.
whats so hard to understand about bird form? space = bird go brrrr S = go up W = go down A / D = Left / Right E = transform Mouse 1 & 2 = slow down Either the game just isn't for you, or you suck ass. Don't blame the game for your lack of adaptability when it comes to the controls.
@@trashchannel8186 Yeah, I found that already, just not in the game. Besides it doesn't seem to work like that. Maybe I'll try tomorrow, maybe just drop it. I know for certain, that platformers ain't for me, I have some issues with coordination, have had them for years, and now sometimes even walking and handwriting are hard to me. I can walk, but... it's sort of challenging beyond a couple of kilometres - legs start to give up, feels like "battery is drained" and some muscles refuse to move properly. Going to brain scan in a week, then we might found out, if it's multiple sclerosis or not.
@@TotalRookie_LV well if its coordination issues then no wonder flying feels like a pain in the ass. what I can guarantee though is that if you do get the grasp on it, it will probably feel pretty rewarding
@@trashchannel8186 I don't think it's the issue here. It only manifests itself when buttons should be clicked in fast succession and in certain order, that is - in combos.
@@TotalRookie_LV don't worry, you'll spend the first 15 minutes just messing around with the bird form, but after these you'll just woooosh around and start doing choreographies for fun. Birb all the way!
It's only 2 dollars now on the Eshop so I'm considering it
Absolutely worth it

@@unicorn1655 Got it, haven't played yet but hopefully 2marw I can get into it 😊
Just bought it. Bummer it doest have Gyro controls tho

This was exactly what I was looking forward , quick no filler content that told me the high points of the game. Nice work!
FYI, this game is free on the Epic store from June 25th-July 2nd. Download and keep forever, if you don't mind also having their launcher...
Video: "60 Second Review"
Me: Hmm, Let's put it on 2x speed
I have no idea why I followed your idea and also did the opposite.

SO much appreciation for how short yet informative this video is. thanks!
What an excellent review - a perfect balance of elements in a few short minutes! Thank you.

Perfect, thanks for the info! It’s $2 on the Nintendo store now, so this seems like a great purchase.
I agree I purchased it at that price it looks so good.
Literally played this game for 20min and wanted to cry it’s such a beautiful game🤧
relaxing commentary voice fits nicely

I might get it since I only have 2 switch games plus a demo.
Tempted to try this.
Thanks 😊

yea I like sky a wholeee lot better (Made by TGC like Journey)

This wasn't made by TGC.

@@jerrica4315 not to my knowledge it isn’t, it might be
I agree with you but I think it was worth the price two dollars is a pretty good deal for a beautiful game even if the gameplay wasn't too exciting
you owe me nine seconds

If Nintendo makes me buy a new super switch pro for BotW2...
I’m going to skip it & play this.
