It's like when he's around his friends from the International university he went to, all the mixed accents turn into one kinda unique one and I guess swapping languages like that brings it our more

Must be so nice having someone who eats your food being so vocal about how much they like it. I know my mother really appreciates when i do that because its nice to know someone really appreciates your food. lol
I remember I cooked a large wonderful meal and my boyfriend ate it and never said a word. I stopped cooking for him. He later asked me why I stopped cooking. I said apparently he didn't like my cooking so I stopped cooking. He said he thought I was an excellent cook and he enjoyed my cooking. I said how would I know if he did tell me. He said he told his friends that I was a great cook. He didn't tell me. Wasn't interested in cooking for him in the future.

That's kind of bizarre as Josh speaks Korean and English as well as Gabie so either one of them could have translated the book into English, plus there is all kinds of translation programs and software and you can self publish with access all over the world so this makes no sense.
Make Ollie translate some recipes on English. Haha lol Or teach him to cook some food from your cookbook . Kidding aside, excited for your cookbook! ❤

커피조차도 그 날의 온도, 습도 등등 모든 것에 의해 맛이 달라지는데, 하물며 복합체인 요리는 더더욱 당연한 일이라서 어쩔 수 없는 부분이라고 생각해요.
가비님이 낼 책은 그 복합적인 요소가 모인 요리의 기본 틀을 제공하는 것일 뿐이지, 나머지는 만드는 사람의 역량과 약간의 운?에 달린게 아닐까요ㅎㅎ

가비님 예전에 올려주신 토마토 새우 원팬파스타 10번 넘게 만들어 먹었어요. 김치볶음밥도 많이 만들었구요! 간단한데 맛보장되는 레시피라 늘 믿고 만든답니다. 출간되는책 꼭 구입해서 열심히 만들어 먹을게요.
언니의 레시피북 정말 기다렸는데 드디어 나온다니 너무너무 기대돼요 ❤❤ 보면서 요리 하나하나 따라해볼 생각하니 벌써 행복하고 설레요 ㅎㅎㅎ

I love recipes cause it gives you a base of something. I always follow the recipe at first, but there is always room to change or add to suit individual tastes. I’m sure your book & recipes will do great and they may help those who don’t know where to start & those who just want a new variety or something different. Good luck with the cook book!

저 무지무지 레시피북 기다리고 있어요. 😊 사실 제가 결혼 16차인데 늘 하던 밑반찬 늘 하던 요리만 하게 되더라구요. 하는 저도 지겨운데 먹는 식구들은 어떻겠어요. 먼가 새로운걸 하려고 요리책을 보면 화려한 그릇 펜 냄비 식재료에 압도당해 엄두가 안날때도 많아요 그런데 가비님의 원펜음식이나 가끔 이런 식재료로 이렇게도 되는구나 싶은 그런 요리영상을 볼때마다 저도 식구들에게 해주고 싶어요 오늘영상에 걱정하셨던것 처럼 똑같은 레시피라도 맛은 틀리겠죠? 그래도 가비님이 많이 고민하고 테스트한 소중한 레시피이니 맛있을꺼라는 확신은 들어요. 맛이 없다면 똥손인 저를 원망하지 님을 원망하지 않을꺼에요. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 언능 나오길 기대할게요

I understand why the times would make you nervous. As a teenager when I first started trying to follow recipes by myself I learned the hard way not to stick strictly to the times given. It took practice to learn what I’m looking for to tell if food is done, and it’s really helpful when recipes have descriptions like “until fork tender and the edges are golden brown, about 10-15 minutes” or whatever. I think if your descriptions and pictures are good you should be fine! And I definitely have had to adjust times and temperatures recipes that I cook often after I moved and have a different stove. 😆
If anyone gives you negative reviews because theirs didn’t turn out right, don’t blame yourself!

Looks good... but. It's all great when the cookbook author cooks their own recepies. If yoh want to see how it will turn out maybe get Josh or even better Ollie to cook from it. Then you'll have an idea how an average non masterchef finalist deals with your instructions. Good luck

@@gabiekook i accept the apology 🤣🤣🤣, also a cream and bacon pasta which is accepted is pasta alla vodka! try it. you put chopped bacon with chili pepper in the pan, add half a glass of vodka, tomato sauce, cream and penne. it's amazing

I always think of recipes as guidelines or suggestions. Everyone has their own way and ideas of how to cook. So it's to be expected that every recipe will turn out differently for everyone and that's OK. Don't be anxious, Gabie! It will be great!
