Muslim or Not...This is a SINGLE MOTHER raising her TWO KIDS on her OWN while dealing with clinical depression...This is a STRONG WOMAN. Reminds me of my own mother raising my brother and myself. Keep handling your business, Hana. You're doing well. Things will get better.
She divorced him once she found out the she was sick, She didn't want to burden him with her sickness. I feel sorry for her because that means they still loved each other but she didnt want to burden the one she loved..
+ooops everyone has their own rules in each religion. It is not about choice. it is about their obligation. she has no choice but to left her husband since muslim cannot married with non muslim. u cant say that she was too obsessed with her religion. it is her obligation.
I have so much respect for this woman. She’s single, raising two young kids which is not easy, while carrying her religion both in personality(manners) and appearance(clothing) so gracefully, in a country that isn’t fully familiar with the way she dress (it’s becoming better with time). I’m inspired, mothers are really strong.
Me too.. really strong woman, a very tough mother, and also a very brave one.... full respect to you, Hana! May Allah give the best to you and your kids. Aamiin..
Shes super educated speaks 4 languages raising 2 kids on her own…makin it on time for a tv show…pays all her bills works full time…and she keeps up on her fashion while her kids look clean and look like winners being raised right and not half ass’d…all without no man….. can we just take a moment to honor this woman…👏 ….wow..:just wow. Keep going and dont look back…ur gonna make it big.
A single mom, raising two kids, in a Different Country , with no family near, and being discriminated by wearing hijab. Hana is a strong woman 💞 I can totally see why she is depressed. I pray for her
That's what I can't understand. Why does she insist wearing Hijab and force it on to the daughter? She chose the life in Korea over her home country. Adopt and live happy.
@@fabricworm in her religion _islam_ you have to wear the hijab to be much more close to god and more religious _ montioned in quran (the holy book)_ .wearing hijab is way better than showing your body to the public it makes you feel free... islam is a way of life it provides happiness and peace...
Whoever said she's seeking for attention, no she's not. She just seeking for help. She's brave enough to speak up about her illness. Not many people can do.
The fact that she punishes and scolds her kids just so they would be raised disciplined even in front of the camera just shows me how amazing of a mother she is, i love how she teaches her kids as a single mom, stay strong ♡
Honestly? I thought it was way too much. It is important that she wants her kids to study, and of course, rules should be implemented and followed. However, her son is 4, he just wants to colour some pages, not study all the time. Four year olds still have so many other (cognitive) things to learn, he seemed a bit overwhelmed. It's not even playful learning, but just downright: sit down and do this exercise! It's just not effective with kids that age. Also, she wants them to know four languages? That means a lot of studying and less freetime. I think it's great when children grow up bilingual, but 4 languages is way too much, especially when you consider all the other things they want to learn. Apart from that, I think she is very ambitious and strong, and does overall well as a single parent. I just wish she would expect less from her kids. I understand she wants their best, but I also think that not everything is really to their benefit.
@@ReijiAoeGirl666I respect your opinion, but at this age is really the right time to teach about language, some children had a brilliant talent to speak so many languages, since her mother is one of those people maybe her daughter and son too, do you know naeun from superman she knows 4 languages at 5y/o(Korean age), belle from Russia she knows 7 languages at 7 y/o, also she said that she is not pushing them but teach them time by time, maybe with the son she is a Lil bit strict for forcing study like that. But again, we can't judge people parenting skill, if it turns out great then yeah it's her way
@@ReijiAoeGirl666 Moms who like spoiling their kids a lot is not a good thing either. They just end up becoming IGNORANT even when they become an adult. She's not like other moms who want their child to be their baby forever. The kids are actually privileged enough to live vividly with their mom. Their mom disciplines them and their dad spoils them a lot, it's just balanced. If their mom let them do whatever they want, they'll end up becoming SPOILED BRATS. I'm sure they'll be very successful in life because they see the world differently. I've met a lot of Korean ESL students, ages 3-12 and most of them are very SPOILED and DISRESPECTFUL to their teachers, and their parents are just at the back, watching. If these kids aren't taught the right way, it's only one of the two, either they'll live with their parents forever or they'll become stereotypical slaves of some companies (satisfied with the bare minimum) when they grow up.
he still calls her his wife... and she only left him because she didnt want to be a burden.. i don’t know everything about their situation but gosh that’s so sad. i hope somehow they can make it work.. hana is a supermom, but she needs all the support she can get. hope she’s doing well.
That part confused me the most, if she didn't want to be a burden and he was a good husband, why is she keeping his children away from him and placing the burden of divorce and separation on them? Why should a child be separated from their father if he is healthy and loving? Now her children are in a more depressing and confused state. It all came off as either she's lying about the father being a good man or she's selfish.
@@loveyloveydovey The translation made it sound like she didn't want to be a burden to him, but if it was that he was a burden then that makes sense. May God bless her and her children.
@Grace C exactly! I dont get it why people say she forced the kid to wear hijab. So now we cant tell our children to follow what our religion says huh?
@@reidesuga its because she's a muslim women and white american christians think they have to save everybody from oppression!! nobody ever tells christians/catholics/etc to stop spreading their "gospel" and they are way more forceful about it then any muslim i have ever meant. christians dont stop at their kids, many of the ones who complain about muslims even shove their religion down strangers throats. absolutely ridiculous.
@@reidesuga I don't understand those comments 🙄 she even explained her method in order to not force her or not confuse her with their beliefs. People is so annoying
The fact that she’s facing a lot of problems in life but can still raise her kids well and still smile beautifully at the camera even after she breaks down just shows how strong she is. Paradise always comes with great hardships and may Allah ease her pain and journey, insyAllah.
I saw that the translation was wrong. The husband didn’t say “fix her mind” but in true translation it means, “if she can heal her heart, then she can heal other parts of herself.” Just wanted to clarify so everyone knows what was really said.
Ty for that, I was looking for clarfication since he seemed genuinely nice, but what he said at the end didn't match up with his demeanour or anything he did
It's been 5 years already I hope Hana (Hong Hana) is better. Now Jimin must be 12 years old, she has grown well and her brother must be 9.(If Hana sees this Comment I would like to tell her that she is amazing even if I do not know her closely and that she is doing well and that she recovers quickly, that she gets better and that she is happy her and her family on this long journey.) Courage and be happy throughout your life 사랑해요 ♥️
She's rising an incredible kid, all while struggling with her depression, her mother's cancer, work living in a foreign country apart from her family and her divorce. Much respect.
Listening to Al Quran while feeling down is such a wonderful way to release you stress. For Muslims, I suggest you all to try this, Insya Allah. Everything will be fine☺️
These is a perfect example of a Muslim woman who keeps and maintains her religion, honor and her children, and I pray ALLAH to give you strength and healing.
Im not muslim and not religious generaly but i swear she's such a beautiful woman for raising her kids in the culture and religion she is and make her kids feel proud of who they are. This is pure beauty. I cried while watchimg this episode because of how much problems Hana has but i also smiled and laughed a lot^ her daughter is so smart and mature, Hana is such a good and caring mother and i usually don't expect to see smart, strong and mature people in this programm but this episode surprised me in a good way. As a human being i really wish Hana and her kids the best and I hope they won't give up and reach their dreams!
From the time I saw her on hello counselor I always felt like going there and giving her a hug at least because of course I wouldn't know how to help her. Seeing her here again made me a bit happier because it's good to see she's getting accepted and understood better than before. I'm also a musilm girl in a foreign country, and I want to be an interpreter and speak many languages, so seeing her made me feel like I could get closer to my dream. I hope everything that brings you down disappears Hana-ssi and I hope you get well quickly and make your dreams come true InshaAllah
I'd be tempted to reply with "I won't cuz my life matters more than yours" but I won't do that because I'm much more of a better person than you and I hope that whatever's bothering you so much to make you become such a bitch goes away and stops making you suffer so you can become a better person and stop acting so hateful and ignorant. Peace
I'm so sorry that people don't recognize sarcasm even when it gets slapped right in their face. Sorry but whatever you're writing is not bothering me a bit, I'm just trying to knock some common sense in that brain of yours. Bye
She raised jimin to be literally one of the smartest kids I have ever seen in my life, prooving how great of a parent she actually is... Yet some people are criticising her for the religion thing... 😒
I am crying while watching this.. I'm not sure I can be as strong as Hana if I was her. Living as minority in foreign country, with depression, raising two little kids, & working very hard. It breaks my heart when she fight everything alone.. I can't imagine.. I wish Hana a very happy life, healthy, and successful. I'm glad she's raising her kids very well.. So proud with Jimin which is very mature in her very little age.. So proud of this little family! Be tough! Allah with you always, you know God never test us beyond what we can bear :)
i'm a medical student and i don't know why after listening to her medical story " Sheehan's syndrome " jumped first to my mind . it's a post-partum complication with different clinical presentations and heart palpitation, depression and dementia or a decline in memory functions are among its clinical presentations , i wish she could be treated from her illness and that she'll live healthy with her children , Take care Supermother !
If I ever meet her in real life, I'm gonna tell her how much of an amazing mom she is...and she handles everything herself...and she in good terms with her ex-husband which is not really common....she is really beautiful...and her kids are so cute....I pray that God will give her the strength and health that she needs in order to stay with her kids and watch them grow to amazing and successful adults...

You love your kpop idols you keep loving them do not get discouraged just because you are Muslim like me
When I went to Korea back then. I was not wearing a Hijab. But most of my family members are. And we felt no discrimination but perhaps it was because We were there as a tourist and only stay for 7-8 days. I heard it’s really hard now for Muslim people with hijab to move and work there in SK I’m so proud of you and your family! 💗
I love how Hana raises her kids. She's a hard worker and still manages to take care of her kids and teach them. I like that she teaches them about their culture, the fact that she's growing Jimin as a muslim even though she herself suffered discrimination is admirably. I hope her health improves and she can be happy.
LOL It's teaching. Just like catholic parents take their kids to Sunday school and church. As a mother, it's her right to teach her culture and religion to her children. In the future, Jimin and Anur can make their own life choices but for now, there's nothing wrong with Hana introducing Islam to her kids.
Sumi Elmi so why she don't want children eat meat? but father give meat to the the cildren and she don't won't! So father have the right to teach his culture too but she don't want! and so why she live in Korea?
First of all lets clear this up: Muslims don't eat pork. She told her husband "Don't feed them pork." he said "ok" and fed them beef because he respects her religious beliefs. What from this scene did you not understand?
First of all, she said "pork" not mean. Secondly, it's kind of like saying "don't give them chocolate." She's not negatively affecting their nutritional needs. The father can teach his culture too, no one is stopping him. But if she's decided she doesn't want to feed them pork and the father agrees and understands, it's really not ur business.
Im am soooo happy to see this comment section with no racism and where everyone loves each other, because i was shook to see so many people hating on Islam these past years so its really reliving to see that there are still people to are open to other cultures it makes my heart smile☺️. I can relate to this women so much! my mother is muslim and came from a muslim country to Australia after getting married but she soon found out that she was in an abusive relation ship and she took me and my siblings to safety. All her life she was without her family and she had no one. Recently (4 years ago) she was diagnosed with white matter disease which increases the risk factor of stroke and dementia and she is in her 40s but her brain is 80 years old. This was due to all the hardships and stress she went through. I hope this women is ok as she reminds me of my mother (my mum is still alive) and my mum even speaks 4 language! Arabic, French, English and Italian. Inshallah Allah will protect you and your kids.

Stay strong! My mum lost to it..she had dementia and currently unable to recall her short term memory..i hope she will be fine soon but yeah she is strong women, like ur mom and Hana as well. My prayer for all of them strong women in the world.
Every minute she confesses, the more i understand whats its like to be in her shoes, my heart feels heavier by the second..cant imagine how heavy her heart is like for her to endure everyday and try to put a smile all the time.. but at the end, my heart lightens a little knowing her ex hubby is also a good person and when he said he will never betray her because she is in Korea for him, i hope he stays that way and always be there for her. They seem like the most mature and understanding couple.. its good that he gave her time to heal herself that she asked for and not forcing her to stay ,and also by taking care of her from far..i pray for their relationship to heal in the future and become one big happy family ❤

I believe that this show is a way of making Korean people more accepting of foreigners. Good to know that they are making steps towards a more globalized and welcoming Korea! :)
Madame cassiopeia as a korean i see korea is just starting this step in '2018' and it makes me frustrated seeing many problems like racism. Hope people try to fix it quickly like they wanted to advance the techniques back in the days.
Well, at least Korea is one step ahead than Japan. In Japan, if I tell Japanese I experienced racism there, they will deny it, act as if it is never existed. In Japan, you will never see a TV show like this, when a foreigner experience discrimination by native Japanese, they won't show sympathy, instead they will get angry and tell you to leave their country if you don't like it. they never put any effort to reduce discrimination to foreigners because for them, they will take any good action for any Japanese first when in trouble with foreigners, without never finding out who is right or wrong. Japan is suck. Their nationalism pride disgust me. Even half-Japanese are discriminated too, well, not all of them, but it is has been run deep in their mindset since childhood that it is okay to treat differently, foreigner or half-Japanese, whoever that doesn't fit their Japanese standard.

She suffered from postpartum depression and didn't want to be a burden to her husband (and most likely his career). And the husbands accepts. Now she shows signs of severe depression (which is confirmed by her doctor) and he advises her to engage in social life and exercise to lift up the mood... I love my motherland, but the way Korea deals with mental illness is very concerning.
and what should be the solving? Prescribe her a bunch of medications destroying her health and brain? Medications don't treat the desease, they just help a patient to adopt to treating desease with cognitive therapy while keeping symptoms at reduced level. When patient gonna know how to deal with problem, medicines shouldn't be prescribed.
@@MaruskaStarshaya Indeed, just like you mention, medication accompanies behavioral/cognitive therapy. In most cases to enable better responsiveness to the therapy. Anyway, professional, medical help should be offered. Without caring about a cure.

Its amazing how this girl at such a young age can do so much, she even knows when to feed her brother and even clean the house when Hana is not around. This just proves Hana's excellence in shaping her children. When jimin said she doesn't want to wear hijab cause afraid of being teased by friends, it reminds me that jimin is still a child and her emotion is still developing, she acts so matured but she is just a child who shouldn't yet face the cruel reality of the world. May Allah protect them and ease everything for you. Salute to all moms around the world. Indeed mom is the greatest blessing in our life.Alhamdulillah all raise to Lord.
It's funny that people are commenting on her so called forcing the hijab on her daughter. So if you insist on taking your child to church every Sunday is that called forcing? It's called parenting your child on what you believe is right. People have a problem with any religion that sets rules and if you want to live your life without any rules or guidance go ahead, but don't mock other people that follow certain rules because they think its right. Its easy to criticise other people but one should first educate themselves before sounding dump and ignorant. My point is respect other people's differences. Everyone has their own set of whats right and wrong as long as it doesn't harm them or other people then it's fine. STOP JUDGING
But are you sure it does no harm? Covering up too much leads to lack of exposure to sunlight and vitamin d deficiency. This is made worse when they dress like that in northern latitudes where the sun is weaker. lack of vitamin d has many negative health effects, and guess what, depression is one of them...
Being a Muslim, I can relate to her a lot. A beautiful human being she is with a pretty heart. May she find peace and stay strong the way she is. I hope people would stop being judgemental about what each one of us wears and would look into our personalities. Thankfully, there are still amazing human beings who can appreciate us for our personalities and empathize with us. Let's all spread peace and love regardless of our religion, caste, color or gender. #peace #love ❤ #benice !😊 . Have a good day!
While watching this...my tears can't stop? Bless you sister. Im a Catholic and i do respect woman muslims. Down my knee to this single mom like Hana and no matter what happen, dont lose hope. ALLAH bless you sister hana. I salute you maam.
This popped up in my 'Recommended' and I'm so glad I watched this! 💗 Hana is such a strong, beautiful woman 🙆 Really warmed my heart to see KBS open up to foreigners in this way and focus feature them in an aired show. Only my best wishes go out to Hana and her family 🤗 Her children are adorable! I love her parenting style as well- teaching the young ones both their cultures equally and openly talking about her ex-husband in a mature manner. Jimin and Anur, I hope you both look back at these memories and treat your mama well! 😄💕
I really wanna hug her and hug Jimin also Anur. What an inspiration. And Anur is the cutest; I like him. Jimin is daughter goals. She's smart and reliable. May Allah ease your pain and protect you + your family, Hong Hana-ssi!
As a person who suffers from depression and anxiety along with chronic migraines, I really feel for Hana. I sincerely hope that one day, she'll be better and that the beautiful cheerful butterfly inside would fully emerge. She's so precious. Her children are so young, but Jimin is a very good big sister. Wishing all the best to this little family❤
It breaks my heart seeing the ex husband told that Hana should get her mind treated first when he could help Hana to be happy. Hana is a single woman that raises two child on her own, she needs someone to talk to(an adult) to prevent from being depressed. I really want to hug Hana if I come to S. Korea. T___T
As a person who have depression, I understand this topic all too well. Not only as a person who has it, but other people's reception towards a depressed individual. The matter with depression is that despite the awareness of this sickness being more openly discussed, it is still far from being fully understood by many. Should he have said that? As a person who you expect to understand you and to accept you as you are, no. However, I really don't think he meant it in a way that he wants nothing to do with her, it's respecting her wishes because he thinks that's the "right way" to handle a depressed person. Why I say this? Hana's clip saying they got divorced "because of my problems." Maybe he have said it to her, but maybe not(I think/hope so). Either way she believes the same, that she's being a burden to him, she's lacking etc and blaming herself over their divorce. Also the fact that he too blames himself for being a workaholic and negligent towards his family. Idk how to put in words; but just being with someone even a spouse wouldn't help if you're severely depressed. Maybe to a certain level it could somewhat reduce depression; reduce not cure. It's hard for her and it's hard for him; he chose to go with divorce(which I would guess brought up by her), and he thinks that is what she thinks is best and don't contest it. Why I would guess so? Because, as a depressed person you constantly feel that you don't want to affect/burden the one you love. When you think you fail to do so, you think it's better to separate by cutting the weight off their ankles. They could be happier without you, and that matters more. Just my input. I could be wrong, but it's I've usually seen in relationships with one having depression, including self past relationships.

I feel like you can't really "fix" depression, all you can do is slowly work through the sadness and pain until you have more happy days than sad ones.
Honestly, mad respect for this woman. First she raises these children by herself, with her full potential in order to make her kids grow up to be decent human being as she is a single parent. Secondly, in a foreign country, still teaching the way of her culture, and teaching them 2 other language so it doesn't become bothersome for them. And what I respect and value a lot is that in a country where majority of people believe in a certain religion, she's still trying to teach her children Islam. Honestly, she's amazing. May Allah make things easy for her, and shower mercy upon her and her family. Wallahi, I hope things turn out great for her and children in the future. ❤️

From Hello Counselor, I thought Jimin's dad divorced her & abandoned his kids. But the fact is that she suggested divorce 1st & he is such an understanding life companion & loving father. What a relief!!! I really hope Jimin'll study @ Harvard College.
Harvard is an international school that seeks diverse ethnicity. Also if your family annual income is under $65000, you can study there free. I know the mom is so greedy in education despite depression. But who knows 10 years later?
I don't want to be that person but in order to study at Harvard you need to be fluent in English. According to Hana, English isn't a priority for Jimin. She wants her to learn Uzbek and Russian before anything else, so I doubt by the time she's 17 she'll have mastery over all three languages (Russian, Uzbek, and English). But, only Allah knows what's in store for their family, so inshallah where ever her children are educated they get the best out of it
She said she asked for a divorce because she didn't want to burden her husband with her sickness and depression, but isn't it the point of marriage to face life's up and downs together. It's sad that they had divorced.
sari widi kusumawati agree.. i think they divorce because of their religion.. he's a pure korean man who eat pork and drink regularly while she's a muslim where pork and liquor is not allowed by their religion..

@@ReijiAoeGirl666 look at how smart her daughter is, its because she used the same technique shes currently using for her 4 year old son
@@ReijiAoeGirl666 that's how it is my mom does that to it's not a crime

That part confused me the most, if she didn't want to be a burden and he was a good husband, why is she keeping his children away from him and placing the burden of divorce and separation on them? Why should a child be separated from their father if he is healthy and loving? Now her children are in a more depressing and confused state. It all came off as either she's lying about the father being a good man or she's selfish.
@@victoriaa9107 no she left him bc she didn’t want him to be a burden but she still lets her children be with their dad .

Some people think the hijab is a barrier or an impediment but it's not... Believe me hijab makes you different... It's never has been a barrier... Wearing hijab was the best thing I have ever do and I'm proud of my self..

Exactly! It’s teaching, the young girl will grow up and decide for her own later but she should be taught. Islam doesn’t force people.
Mashallah her daughter is so mature and her son will soon be of help as well, she is such a fighter and so sincere. I don’t know who she is but I can safely say that I love her and will keep her in my prayers as well as her children, her ex husband, and the people who treat her the way she should be treated. Inshallah she keeps fighting the tests and hardships thrown at her. She is honestly not only a good role model for Muslims or single mothers, she is a role-model for all of us.💜💜💜

May Allah always protect your family 💝

She was on Hello Counselor
Hope she will overcome her depression and live well for herself and her kids

I think so too, i can see that he wants to be with her but also respects her decision. It would be best for them to stay together though
yam ck I agree. This confused me. She said she divorced her husband because she is sick and didn’t want to be a burden. I don’t understand because now her children have to care for her instead of her adult husband.
@@CrystalsTrips1 now she has to care for herself and earn for herself . There are Muslim divorced women my mum being one but even tho she didnt have a man she looked after me and herself . She is a adult too she surely know how to look after herself

Maybe there is some other thing besides her health but she chose to not say it.

Amazing woman. I am korean, born in Australia and seeing this beautiful woman in Korea being strong for her children is so inspiring. Go Hana!
Hope people try to fix it quickly like they wanted to advance the techniques back in the days.
cookiemonxchu I feel the same way but it’s a good developement. Better late than never right? :)
I really appreciate KBS for making this kind of show, educate their people to be more open to other races...

In the case of severe depression, only giving some "common sense" advice, is like telling someone with a comminuted tibia fracture, that it might be better to sit down than to stand for a while. Without caring about a cure.
@@maxim3830
Actually that is very good exercise. It is better to take the more simple and natural course than jumping to therapy. Of course if she still didn't feel better they would advise therapy. I'm also sure that a professional doctor knows more than you.
@@faristaj2326 Have you ever suffered from serious clinical depression? I'm pretty sure you haven't, stating a "simple and natural course" is preferable over therapy. And it's also unlikely you know more than I do on this matter, since you reject subsequently the consensus among professional doctors on the matter.
Do you also adhere to the beliefs of "flat earthers" and "anti-vaxxers"?
@@maxim3830
I have not suffered from chronic depression, but I have gone through depression twice. I did not take any therapy or medications, instead I focused more on the good things of life and socializing more. And as I said, a professional doctor knows more than some random commenter on TH-cam. I agree that therapy would be more effective, but you do the easier part first. I do not see anything wrong with it, as well as the fact not all chronically depressed people are the same.
And no, I do not adhere to silly theories such as vaccines causing autism or the earth being flat. Nice try.

She got a divorce because she didnt want to burden her husband. I find it saddening he agreed. Shouldn't he be there for her when she is having such a hard time mentally? I suffer from depression as well. I would hope that whoever is with me could understand and help me through tougher times. It's hard to tell what could happen in the future, if it would affect their marriage or worsen. I wonder if, in the future, they will get back together? He seems like he wants to still be with her, except for the sickness.
Props to her for being a career woman and a single mother. It sounds so tough and I wish some of her burdens could be lessened in some way.
I agree with you the way he talked about the mental state of Hana and how he said that she needs to fix it and all, it really hurts my heart, imagine being in Hana's shoes not that I'm saying he's a bad man it's just that I think it is kinda heart breaking. I hope Hana will find someone who actually appreciate and cherish her and her childrens the way they are soon, I really want them to have a happy life with someone who understands.
i agree! and even if he doesn't seem to try and be there for her, at least he can lessen her burden by helping taking care of the kids and spend more time with them way more often
I think it's hard for outsiders to fully understand the couple's problems fully. There might be a deeper reason why they separated. It is heartbreaking for sure, but at least they're both amicable. Her ex husband takes time to be with the kids and she's able to call him whenever something props up. I hope for everyone's (especially the kids) sake, that they will be healthy and happy, together or not.

Yeah ♥
World of Wisdom It actually may not because she would worry about the hardships of her children.
Hana is an amazing and strong mother. I wish her and her cute little kids all the best!
Seeing people like Hana really motivates me to be a better person and muslim. How hard she struggles to continue her life for the sake of her children also as a fully practising muslim makes me so ashamed of how proactive her daily life is compare to myself. I hope people understand and not misunderstood her way of teaching her children, she was just a worried mom who wants her children to live well even with her absence. And another praise should go to Jimin for playing part as the older child who really does ease her mom's burden.
STOP JUDGING
qamar nasar ikr?!!👏🏻
But are you sure it does no harm? Covering up too much leads to lack of exposure to sunlight and vitamin d deficiency. This is made worse when they dress like that in northern latitudes where the sun is weaker. lack of vitamin d has many negative health effects, and guess what, depression is one of them...

Hana is a single woman that raises two child on her own, she needs someone to talk to(an adult) to prevent from being depressed. I really want to hug Hana if I come to S. Korea. T___T
Aimi 😥😥

Secondly, in a foreign country, still teaching the way of her culture, and teaching them 2 other language so it doesn't become bothersome for them. And what I respect and value a lot is that in a country where majority of people believe in a certain religion, she's still trying to teach her children Islam. Honestly, she's amazing. he doesn't really say ignore it and stay positive. he says do exercise which is a good way to release endorphins to the brain. and therapy is probably very expensive so he is giving her coping mechanisms

she’s an incredibly beautiful woman. i wish nothing but the best for her and her family ❤️❤️❤️❤️

From Hello Counselor, I thought Jimin's dad divorced her & abandoned his kids. But the fact is that she suggested divorce 1st & he is such an understanding life companion & loving father. What a relief!!! I really hope Jimin'll study @ Harvard College.
nojin bae Harvard is pretty far from Korea
Harvard is an international school that seeks diverse ethnicity. Also if your family annual income is under $65000, you can study there free. I know the mom is so greedy in education despite depression. But who knows 10 years later?
I don't want to be that person but in order to study at Harvard you need to be fluent in English. According to Hana, English isn't a priority for Jimin. She wants her to learn Uzbek and Russian before anything else, so I doubt by the time she's 17 she'll have mastery over all three languages (Russian, Uzbek, and English). But, only Allah knows what's in store for their family, so inshallah where ever her children are educated they get the best out of it
You can still see how much her ex husband still cares and loves her which is honestly so sweet and he even still refers to her as "my wife".
TheBabyymonkey that's what i was thinking about, and i was about to comment the same as you but then i saw what you wrote haha
TheBabyymonkey I believe its because of the religion
I also believe they divorced because of religion and that they still care for each other.
Honestly, I would love to watch a series about her and her lifestyle. In love with her character and how graceful she is
I don't remember how many times I watched this episode. I remember watching this episode when I was having some issues. I was really motivated after watching this brave woman. May Allah bless her with all the happiness in the world.
she is such a strong woman, but she should think more about her and stop worries about others.
Agreed. She needs to think more for herself and not worry about the opinions of others.
Marlene Crisopulli its really hard not think about other when you are a single parent. They have a big responsibility and hard life. I knew it since my mom is a single parent too. For me as her daughter I always trying to do my best to backup my mom like jimin do. I hope hana and her children always be happy. You are not alone, as a muslim and have a same path I understand your feeling. May Allah give you and your children barakah also ridho. Aamiin Ya Rabalalamin..
When I heard Azan I thought it came from my phone and I was about to go pray and realise it was from the video.
