Ollie & Lizzie's First Time In Our New Place! (ft. Ssamjang pork roast+Jeon)

Ssamjang Roast
Pork belly 1kg
For the sauce: 2 Tbsp Ssamjang, Syrup 1Tbsp, 1Tbsp of oil(no sesame oil), 2Tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
! For the brushed sauce on top, I made half of the recipe above
! If the pork has skin on, make sure you season 2 big pinches of sea salt on top
-Roast: Cover and cook in the oven for about 45minutes.
-After 45 mins, I removed the foil, moved it to the top rack of the oven, changed to GRILL MODE and adjusted the temp to 220C. I did 15 minutes because last time I did over 20 it had many burnt parts. You can of course leave it in the middle rack and grill, but i found the meat tougher done this way.
! If using air-fryer, beware the heat may be stronger hence over cooking it. Shorten the cooking time or lower the temperature around -10C.

I heard that ollie is more calm compared to josh behind the cameras tho. He’s like way more serious and collected while josh is the who is really more on showing his reactions or something (according to some people they’ve worked or interviewed with)
