Is the Alphard better or the Elgrand or the vellfire? How does the 4wd work on the Alphard?

As far as I understand the drive on the Alphard/Vellfire ANH20 4x4 is usually front wheel drive and has selectable 4x4. It doesn't have a diff lock like the Elgrand.

As a nissan elgrand owner I'm a big fan of these types of vehicles but MY GOD the alphard is one ugly van.

Have a look at the Vellfire. Basically the same vehicle but (in my opinion) a lot better looking. 👍
