Most times. I say to my self , “ you don’t have such a horrible singing voice just that you have such a breathy tone that you can HEAR your breath sometimes when singing or always let air go between the song

How do you go from head voice to chest voice because I feel like I’m in a perpetual state of head voice
When ever I sing or do any kind of warmup my head mostly the center and forehead become dizzy and I don't feel comfortable to sing can you help me ma'am.
What do you mean by soft? Quiet?
