Ah yes, one of my favorite osts from the series, aside from the one where the (SPOILER ALERT...) CDC blows up, sounds so friggin' cool and science-y and totally added to the atmosphere. It took me a minute to find the Merle's hand music, not that it was hard to find the song at all, but rather I kept finding versions of the song that are totally off-key and it pisses me off so bad. Granted, some songs sound AWESOME off-key, oftentimes being some random remix I can never seem to locate on the internet after hearing it somewhere, but most of the time with songs like this you've GOT to stick with the original sound. Just my opinion, I do realize a lot of people apparently like the off-key version, but I prefer this one, it sounds just like it did in the show and it sounds perfect.
YES. The most popular version of the song doesn't even have the cool guitar riff that starts at 2:00. It just skips to the solo and then starts playing, minor detail but when I heard this version in comparison I realized that one bit is super important to me and super badass when its more present behind the guitar solo lol. I want an edit of Lee Everrett fighting his way to clementine with this playing :3
My favorite theme from twdms early seasons. I’m on my second rewatch and god I love s1-2 so much. This theme is so freaking cool and like Merle is a fucking badass ngl. Rick as well in like 12 years when he does the exact same thing to his left hand.
