I was wondering which would be first between (G)I-Dle and Solar since I figured one or the other would be posted first this week. I was leaning towards (G)I-Dle. Nice to see My Bag in there too.
I love the attitude in this song. I have seen various complaints about the song, but I don't care since it is so far one of my favorite songs this year. Also a great message overall.
Groups generally aren't too shy about their drinking habits as it is kind of expected that people drink in Korea. I mean, Dingo used to have a live video series called Tipsy Live which involved groups singing after drinking. My favorite is EXID's Hot Pink.
The fact that it got darker with switching to dolls makes sense since they can get away with more that way.
BTW you need to check out the M!Countdown live version of Tomboy if only for the intro and outro. It was quite amazing.
Yuqi needs to rap more. That deep voice really works for raps. She was my favorite, but all of them did great on My Bag. Shame we didn't get to see the 5th red diamond.
There are a lot of things about like about tomboy, mainly the fact they are still trying things and changing it up. Its not my favorite gidle song, but i appreciate it from a production and writing aspect.
I think My Bag was my fave of the two, it really surprised me, and i loved seeing shuhua rapping and being super confident.... I think everyone loved yuqi rapping, her voice fits it really well, and she has enough style to pull it off.
I really like EXID too, they were one of the first groups i found along the kpop journey. I like LEs style but i think Hyelin is my fave.. ill check out that show tho, sounds fun

We don't do album reactions on the channel, but I did listen to it, I love it all... So far I think "Liar" is my favorite track
go listen to the F word (uncensored) version on TH-cam or from their CD. it feels a kind of different when hearing the girls singing it. after all the F word literally doesn't exit in the Kpop mainstream. BTW in Soyeon's rap part, the 'eh' is actually 'sex'. it means have sex while drinking whiskey. just go hear the F version.

Yeah, a banger. This went more towards soyeon's solo in vibe...love it. Did you ck out their appearance on one of the shows where they cued up the version with fking tomboy uncensored? The look on yuqi and shuhua during the choreo...🤣.
I miss soojin, she was my bias. It's one of those things about kpop that I don't agree with.

I really miss Soojin too, I agree the butthurt cancel culture gets old quick... Even if allegations are true, ppl change a lot from young teenagers to adults, what happened to giving ppl a chance to grow... And as an adult she was seemingly one of the sweetest ppl alive...
Shuhua is my bias, I love her attitude, but all of them shine.. I love the new album and everything they do

No it isn't. Its like oogy.. that's how she and other members pronounce it... I'm 100% sure the Qi part is pronounced as a G... And it seems that some ppl including Yuqi also forego the Y... Making it just Oogy with a hard g sound
