Здравстуйте. Не подскажите в чем причина в моей Jura ENA 9 One Touch. У нас на американских сайтах я никак не могу наити причину. И так проблема заключается: I noticed there is a problem during the rinsing process. The brewing unit moves down, and in this position, the rinsing occurs: water comes out of the spouts. Then, when the rinsing ends, the brewing unit moves up a bit, then down again, and in this position, it tries to move further down for about 10 seconds. After that, it moves all the way up, then all the way down, back up again, and finally to its normal home position. Unfortunately, I can’t remember when this started happening. The brew group unit has been cleaned and all gaskets replaced as well.. Thank you.

Hello. It’s standard Jura problem - called Error 8 on other Juras. Causes: broken or heavily moving brew unit. Or brew unit with so “jittery” (shaking). Little advices: (1) Broken - disassemble and full repair (videos on TH-cam) (2) Heavily moving - change gaskets and cleaning of brew unit. (3) Jittery - can broke holding holes of fixation ears of brew unit or brew units motor. Actually, a have an experience, than Brew unit was just need to be replaced, no actions (full greasing, changing gasket’s, changing some plastic parts) - none helps. But, of course, you can try.

@@OlegPC Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I still have this issue even though the brew group unit has been properly cleaned and checked as per your videos. I have watched several other videos to understand how to handle the brew group unit during the cleaning process. Finally, I removed the drain motor and confirmed that its rod extends during rinsing. However, I haven’t noticed a difference in the brew unit’s operation with or without the drain motor: the brew unit tries to move further down from its lowest position. Additionally, there are no error messages on the display after the brew unit returns to its home position.
Thank you for all the guidance you provided. I double-checked everything again, but I didn't find any issues with the brew unit itself.

@@nickblack7468 There can be no visual or other understanable problem on brew unit. How working Jura brew unit control system: it sends brew unit from top blocking position (motor have peak load) to down (the same peak load). And in that interval - main board will count revolves of motor and positioning brew unit. So - if thereis no peak load ( brew unit have cracks, scratches on moving parts, or just has backslashes in parts) - it tries to find that one. So - brew unit moves to top position, shakes a little, moves more, that shakes, than moves - main board just cant understand - there is top blocking point. So machine tries move brew unit again. I get these problem very othen on old machines.

@@OlegPC Hello. Honestly, I'm embarrassed to ask for more advice from you. So, you don't have to respond if I'm bothering you too much. Anyway, you mentioned that you often have similar problems with old coffee machines. Yes, mine is not the newest, but I've only made one cup a day, and all the parts look fairly decent. Two years ago, I disassembled and refurbished it, and everything was fine. Nonetheless, how do you solve similar issues? Do you replace the brew group with a new one, or do you do something else? Thank you for your patience. If I can't fix it, it would be cheaper to throw it away than to repair it at a repair shop.

@@nickblack7468 Yes. I think - replacement of brew unit to new one - will help resolve problem.
