99 KIA Sportage Brake Booster Tested Good! Now What?

This is turning into one of those minor projects that takes all the detours. We first open the Brake Booster and find out the new one is broken. So we try and old trick on the Master Cylinder. But that didn't work. So, now we have a master cylinder, (apparently the last one that company made) but no tank and we can't bleed it like old Master Cylinders. Great...
In other news, the audio is weird cause Lou had to use a voice enhancer so you can hear us over the SCREAMING Cicadas. Sorry about that.
