I don't want to sound like grandad and grandma but when you go hiking in mountains and hills, it's wise never to go alone in case of accidents and to carry first aid kit and a folding walking stick in your bags. Also wear proper shoes that support your feet to avoid sprains and twists. And water

I have been living and working overseas for decades. I am sure you have an army of fans and friends in Mauritius but they need to be fit. You don't want people having heart problems.

c'est l'évolution de notre dodo, ils sont gros et peuvent voler maintenant

It’s not dangerous at all as it’s not as fast. 20min to get down. Some trailers do it in 11 mins. That is dangerous.
