    Very nice. Finally, someone has conquered the dreaded loading and unloading of ATV in a truck using ramps that always seem to kick out.

    I've been watching you guys for years and I'll say this. I've been riding since I was 7. So 13 years. When I got my license in 2016 I've always towed my machines on a 4 by 7 flat trailer. Its fast, light(When moving it around a camp site by hand) , and never in the way due to its sizes. I had a 2003 ford ranger 2.3L 4 cylinder at the time. That truck wouldn't work with these ramps because since the atv will be hanging off the back of the truck rather than in the bed more. The weight shift would be to much for that truck and it you wouldn't be able to control it safely. Now for my new half ton, no problem right. However $1000 vs a new 5 by 8 $700 flat utility trailer from tractor supply (Which is what I'm gonna buy). That's what makes it hard to justify this product. Not to mention these ramps can be stolen like many other ramps only these will leave a deep hole in your pocket. As for the thing with side by side's. That to me would be terrifying. Imagine all that weight then going up a hill. Small side by sides. Maybe... I know I'd never do it. Overall I like the idea. Its not a bad product at all and it looks like it works as intended but when you look at all the factors. These ramps are really not as good as a small trailer. This is of course my opinion. Sorry for the long comment. Riding is my passion.

    I bought an enclosed trailer. Storage and secures your gear from sticky fingers. I have had accessories , fuel cans and even seats stolen off my quad and sleds in the past outside hotel rooms . It’s nice after a 12 hour drive to just back the trailer in the driveway , lock it up and deal with it the next day.

  • @MOAB-UT

    Nice innovative solution. I have a few thoughts for improvement...
    You really should better SELL and emphasize the utility of this solution for transporting UTV's more. It looks like a great solution for that.
    Also, don't do a demo video that shows a very unsafe way to transport fuel 2:38. Something like a secured Roto Pax is far safer. People watch these videos and copy you.
    The LED's are nice, but it needs to also come with two FLAGS to attach to the back of the ramps that stick out the back. One bigger LED should also go in a more visible spot- like on top of the vehicle being towed. Think of a rainy or foggy night- it needs to be more visible especially since the stock brake likes will be less visible from each side.
    Lastly, it needs to include some type of chock for the wheels and also a lock down system. These machines will bounce around over bumps and potentially slide off or back. Something that better secures and locks down at least one wheel (to the ramp) during transport would be a big improvement.
    Having a machine in the bed has some maneuverability benefits but it also puts more load on the vehicle since the trailer axle is taken out of the equation. People need to very carefully calculate their maximum weight values e.g., GVWR or if towing, GCVWR. Also, is the vehicle equipped for hauling heavy weights and are the axles, motor, tires, brakes and gearing up for the job. Consider going up or down a steep hill at night in the rain. 1,000-2,000lbs extra weight will significantly make the vehicle less stable and therefor less safe. Driving slower will be required and if towing, using a trailer brake with a separate controller inside the truck is a great idea.

Every comment blah blah blah about a trailer is better of course it’s better but some don’t have room to store a sxs in the garage and a trailer where? Some people live in the city not out in the boonies. So I get the ramps. After having RevArc Ramps I got for free for my atv I went trailer after a year because it’s safer but sometimes it’s cumbersome to store it especially living in the city with limited space and not wanting to stuff my yard or garage with it. But it’s way safer

    I'd rather haul my atv on a trailer.
    This is a gimmick

    I would still go with a diamond back cause u can put 2 atvs on the cover

      This segment is not about Diamondback, but you can find our Diamondback reviews on our channel with a quick search. They make great products.

    Max ramps with required accessories -1500. Multi use trailer, $1200 and safer.

    Now guys that seems a lot better than a sled deck or using it for ATVs. Sai center of gravity is just taken away and I think these will sell like hotcakes.

    A trailer does not have to be insured, maybe in CA but not here in America.

  • @FunkMasterJunk

    I dont know... the way those ramps whip up when the machine goes in. Then the machines tires touching the tail gate and hanging off the back of the truck, not for me.

  • @thetrento885
    @thetrento885 4 ปีที่แล้ว +22

    Looks like a good way to damage a tailgate and for the money you're better off buying a small trailer that has many other uses besides just hauling an ATV

      @dmrbikesaaaaaa 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      lol how does it damage the gate man... have one 0 damage over 3 years.

    Video seems like a commercial, also gets rid of the ability to have a trailer completely. Plus sketchy feelings come from worrying the whole time I would use this.

    observation: This is not a better option. It's just another option. My crystal ball says that design will bend and pins will bind.
    Good luck in snow. And good luck with your tailgate braided cables. They will fail at some point but are affordable.

      Robert Ross strange why they say it has to be insured then. I guess they insure theirs and assume everyone else does too.

    Mad ramps make your truck longer like a trailer and takes away space from your bed. Doesn’t look like a win to me
