Thanks for a great video, Jeff! Just started following you and Christine after seeing you with Matt and Emily in a recent video. Breadcrumbs are just fine, don't post coordinates. That area has some memories for me… Only place I ever ran into a bear in the woods. I'm not sure who was more scared, we both took off in different directions and didn't look back.
I have literally found 3 different campsites you've stayed at by reverse engineering the video. I never specifically tag a location on IG. I feel the same as you. If they are worthy, they can follow breadcrumbs, much respect.
Solid detective work! But yeah, i agree with everything you said. The kind of people who are willing to put in some effort to find the spots are also the kind of people likely to treat them well. Cheers!
Did exactly what you said. Took about 30 seconds to find it. Probably helps I’m usually on google earth looking at that area. It’s nice only living on the other side of the hood. Definitely looking to check this place out this weekend the view looks amazing

Hey Jeff, Superb video! Your editing skills are getting sick💪. The music and cuts had me gripped and read to plan my next OP adventure. Stoked to see you, your better half and your awesome friends at OEPNW. Happy trails Bruv
Food is stored inside the truck in a fridge or drawers. Generally, I will put the trash inside the vehicle & lock it up at night. BUT, if we're in an area where bears are very likely, we will typically hang our trash from a tree branch a little ways away from camp. Have not had an issue (fingers crossed that continues to be the case)
That was a cool waterfall. Have you been to Hamma Hamma Falls? It's just south of where you were at Murhut Falls. I like taking the ferry, but here on Whidbey, we still have to make a reservation to get on one. The problem is that they reserve up weeks in advance for the summer season. Optimal sailing times can be hard to get, and standby is not ideal. I'd love to explore with you, so if you're interested, let me know. We just got back from Expo PNW, and I'm itching to try out some new gear I got.
Hamma Hamma falls is GREAT! We camped up there last year and loved it. As far as ferry's .... the ONLY way I'll take a weekend ferry trip in the summer is if we're on the motorcycle. Skip the line! Haha
