Dear quite concise.you forgot to mention the ramus meningeus from the spinal nerve.the white ramus and the the gray ramus are
wrong labeled.the white ramus is the more lateral one!

If neck is turned to opposite side, it is preganglionic, because the cervical paraspinal muscles are paralysed. Sorry for the typo error.

A clinical examination must be done first, followed by relevant investigations. But I feel that an exploration and neurolysis may be needed, if investigations point to scar entrapment.
