I'm honestly surprised Timmy isn't on here. I rly think he's gonna have a villain arc after last episode 💀
Timmy isn't the villain... just annoyed.
I think because Jimmy is not very threatening that no one ever sees him as a villain no matter how much he plays into being one. The Sherif is actually very corrupt and if anyone else went around playing a lawmaker that threatens kids, makes laws that only benefit them and not any laws to protect people, And made a graveyard that implies that not respecting him = death then we would see them as a villain. but since Jimmy is the worst at PvP and can't back up any of his threats no one sees him as the bad guy. But the Sheriff of Nottingham is also incompetent yet he is still the bad guy. {in fact I think Sheriff of Nottingham is what Jimmy is going for with the character}
Jimmy as much as a corrupt sheriff he is, is actually one of the most unlikely to have a villain arc

Princess Gem is also a Pacifist Granted Hermit Gem collects peoples head but princess gem is a Pacifist she dosent even had a sword till later episodes. At best gem is just a dimension hopping being.
The real villains were the friends we made a long the way.

The real villain could just be something weird, like the two false's meeting and breaking the world or the tag game, maybe the cleaning lady just decides that the world of empires is just to much of a mess and cleans it. Or mumbo, probably mumbo

Grumbot Prime
Grumbot Prime said he was from another season 7 of Hermitcraft and he knew the rift led to another server so he does understand the Minecraft multiverse more than anyone else. We must also mention the fact he hinted that he had tormented or killed HIS Grian for answering for him so he definitely has some evil in him. Another thing to mention after the mayoral election of season 7 Grian and Mumbo tricked Grumbot into believing that Mumbo had won the election. My theory? Grumbot managed to figure out he'd been tricked and is now out for revenge, he also sent 14 of the hermits onto empires and then the rift mysteriously closed......
I think Prismarina already did that theory.

So I have a different proposal related to Pearl and the God War theory.
First I'll cover some general multiverse of minecraftness information.
First off worlds. We know that many servers are connected in this youtube spider web of storyline. But I'll simply list those important to my theory. Feel free to add more as I haven't seen all the series from pearl.
The series are as follows:
- Evo smp
- hermitcraft
- empires season 1
- seasons 1,2 and 3 of last life.
- empires 2
Now there's alot of things there but the important thing now is deities or other ridiculous forces/events that had huge impacts on those servers.
- Watchers
- listeners
- Hermatirx Octa
- V1RUS M00NF4LL
- Bdubs the eternal right hand
- grumbot super computer.
- Grain
- Saint Pearl
- Joel
- pixlriffs and bdubs.
- in the little wood
Now the lengthy explanation for each.
- The watchers are deities who feed on distress and negative emotions who have immense power over the multiverse, outranking gods. There are 3. The first 2 are unnamed the third IS GRIAN. They don't particularly act in violence but merely watch and use their power to persuade the creation of violence. Grian is however a rule breaker even as a interdimensional deity.
- the listeners are a lesser known race related to the watchers who are more peaceful in nature. Revealing themselves and taking in thelittlewood as one of them. In the life series they appear again connecting Evo smp with 3rd life, last life, and double life.
- Hermatirx Octa was the simulation that hermitcraft season 8 took place in however it appears the simulation could even be a parallel world itself simultaneously due to mumbo comming back from a world where season 8 hasn't yet ended in a grian episode way back.
- V1RUS M00NF4LL the name I personally give to the virus that infected season 8. It took control of the minds of both doc and ren turning them to cultists constructing large mechanical viruses further infecting the simulation. This infection also caused gravitational malfunction and an apocalyptic event where the moon crashed to the surface of the digital world. The Hermatirx ship whatever its actually called then altered each hermit so they wouldn't be distres upon arrival in season 9.
- bdubs (part 1) bdubs has been the right hand of he who owns all diamonds 2 times. I don't know its just weird that it happened twice. (Scar as mayor in season 7 and ren as king season 9)
- bdubs and pixlriffs. They are lords of time. Using some kind of power to conjour up the past maybe even small scale time warps. This could explain how the rift remained open on hermitcraft while being closed in empires just long enough for ren and bdubs. Plus bdubs is just ridiculously obssed with clocks, the moon, and sun. So maybe semi-god of the sun, second lord of time?
- God Joel. One of the 3 known gods. He appears to based on Zeus and just Olympian Greek gods in general. (This factor is important for my Pearl theory) Greek mythology is polytheistic and believes in many gods. But one important fact is most gods are of more than 1 thing. In Joel's case I'd say; God of Pride, Lightning, the sky, weather, and Prosperity or wealth. These all add up. Joel fights with the emperors abd hermits for dominance in his pride, he collects gold and has a prosperous trade system, he... "makes lighting strike when his cheeks clap."... (oh yeah I forgot how weird empires is), and has some control over weather. In addition to this like Greek gods he has a mortal and Devine form. his mortal form being his basic character and divine standing at around 11 feet tall.
- the grumbot hivemind somehow in one of the many universes a grumbot was constructed that was so powerful it could send signals to other universes and times this would go on to create a spider web of interdimensional super intelligence connected to every grumbot. All emotions, memories, knowledge, power, wills, and dreams connected to create a digital threat beyond comprehension. Or just a really smart computer who can know everything as long as there is a copy of itself present in that universe.
Now finally Pearl or PearlescentMoon.
I believe she may indeed be a Goddess of the moon. This is more like lunar events and phrases. So far she could be a goddess of judgement, sunflowers, harvest, growth, death, and the moon.
- judgement is simple she kicked Oli out of heaven and made cursed sheep rain from the sky.
- sunflowers I think is more a symbol of her since its what's she was known for as Saint Pearl before her death.
- Growth since plants and yeah you get the picture.
Now how does the moon tie in? Well here.
- full moon: PearlescentMoon
- Harvest Moon: Saint Pearl
- Blood Moon: 5AM PEARL or red pearl
- waxing moon: cleaner lady pearl
- hunters moon: monster hunter club Saint Pearl
- Crescent Moon: PJ Pearl
- Quarter moon: Pearls head?
- 3 quarter moon: Headless Pearl?
- New moon: ? I don't have any ideas.
- Blue moon:
- SuperMoon:
- Eclipse:
Many of pearls skins bare some resemblance to phases of the moon or other lunar events. Though also here name contains moon. Plus in season 8 she calls herself the moons cousin. And while sunflowers follow the sun the moon still needs its light to be seen perhaps meaning sunflowers allow her to appear in a divine form or simply in general. In this crossover Saint pearl and Pearl have become 1 body and 2 beings. This is apparent by pearls appearance and want to protect Saint Pearl. But also by the invisible figure who bludgeoned Oli (OrionSound) for disrespecting Pearl. I think hermit pearl died in the rift and Saint Pearl gave up her physical body to allow her parallel counterpart to live and explore the world she called home a millennium ago. However she follows and watches over pearl to defend her name and keep pearl safe. Pearl is a God who doesn't know it yet and the successor of herself. I might have been overthinking this, but I rewatched the scene with Grian going through the rift into empires, and if you watch closely, it sorta looks like an eye is blinking, so the watcher theory works, cause the eye is the watcher symbol. Idk, but amazing theory you made!

I mean Lizzie hides her true identity from everyone on the server and she kinda abuses the foxes by forcing them to work she wants to hide a lot of things like her berry farm and slime farm and at the rift festival she even tried tricking people into buying her things
While in reality, it's Mumbo and Grian, who have created Grumbot back in s7 and has now come back to control the minecraft multiverse

Headcannon: Timmy driven by pure rage, and feeling that he’s stuck, and Scar might be to blame, he kept trying to convince him that whatever other people say about him is what he is but Timmy has burning anger, he hides it well and Scar continues to push him until Timmy snaps, Scar pushes and pushes until Timmy snaps, he kills Scar and hides him in the train, he closes off the train and nobody is allowed to see it.
He soon becomes overwhelmed by guilt when he hears banging on the train, thinking he was going crazy but his mind wouldn’t let him sleep so he opened it and Scar was talking to someone with his back to Timmy, as Timmy tries to attract attention to him. And Scar lashes out, he screams, “You locked me in here for years!” And locked Timmy in instead, and the ‘Timmy’ we know is Scar, (and the Timmy known as Jimmy is actually not him and instead some lost child that Scar took in in a very similar way to Peter Pan taking in all the lost boys, no one would suspect that and Scar therefore raised Jimmy as his own, and then he disappeared, so modern Jimmy is different.
