    Every time I give my email in exchange for gated content I get that content on my email right away. It feels right to receive right away as a consumer. Why is it not ideal for the brand? I am not sure I get that part.

      I’m not certain, but I believe that when she talks about not delivering the content immediately, she’s talking about not providing an immediate download (new window opens, etc.) because she does mention wanting the lead to have to check his/her email, text messages, etc. 👍🏼

    Offers are critical no doubt but now consumers understand that too ... how can your ad leads to really meaningful conversation without trick is critical. Reach Of Ad, Clicks, Leads Numbers Numbers Numbers Are Useless if it does not make meaningful changes in your revenue

      This works in every market, including real estate. You could create a lead magnet showcasing an area to out of region buyers, like showing the benefits of moving to Orlando from NYC...that offer would resonate with investors and buyers in New York.

Consider what your audience would need or would help them in the process of buying/selling a property. OR consider an adjacent offer that would appeal to those that are pre-qualified in some way.
