You say we need to get to know our audience in depth... what they like, their pain points, etc. But how do we do that? My audiences are moms and pet owners. So I could guess, but how do we conduct proper research to find out? THANK YOU!!!!!

The best way is to actually ask them, survey them. Use question based posts to find what they like, such as the this or that. Also dive into what type of moms or pet owners your serving. What brands do they buy? What do they value most?
