    Hello sir
    I want to ask you that I am 23 year old, I want to start my own business I can do it in India but there are certain reasons. I have two options that I move to Canada on student visa and other things that I go to UAE (Dubai) . What you think is good for business perspective is there opportunities in Canada as compared to Dubai. Or I can say which country is best for business Canada or uae ???

    Sir i am travelling to Canada as first time PR on basis of HCP… do i need to declare my immovable assets on the declaration form or do i need valuation certificate of those properties as well

      You don’t need to declare that at landing… you only declare assets if the total over and above 100,000cad as part of your tax return…
      There is a video I have with a CPA where we discuss things related to first time immigrants… and tax implications etc … check it out
