I've been watching your videos since I started running a Starfinder game in January, (A WOTC Refugee here) while the other GM in my group has begun running Pathfinder, we've both gotten so much out of your channel, and I consistently refer to you as the "One and Only Starfinder Source" on TH-cam. Thanks for all you do, and please keep it up, I hope to see a video about Ports of Call soon before I pick it up.

Your light is a touch too bright or white and is washing your face out pretty fiercely. 3- Thank you again for all you do! I truly appreciate you and can't wait for you to do the Pathfinder world! As a decently new TTRPG player who's group does Pathfinder and tried Starfinder briefly (GM issues ended the campaign) I still love to watch and listen to all the info you present to us on a glorious silver platter! Thank you. I really have a soft spot for Akiton, as it is one of my favorite adventure locations. Something about dangerous wild west Mars just hits that space western vibe too hard, and the lore behind it is one of the best. Honestly, I would love to run it for a group again sometime, and really explore the planet in detail.
I really enjoyed this video. I like that you went into detail about several locations and notable npcs. You really showcased the potential for adventure that this setting offers.
Yeah, I was a little confused by that since both can sort of make sense. I had always assumed that thasteron drives were slower than light, but faster than light can still be slower than Drift travel thanks to Drift weirdness.
@@TheMapleTable Lol it’s a reference to a movie called John Carter and the Barsoom Book series which it was based on. Since Akiton is so similar to Mars I thought I might as well put the reference here to see if anyone would get it. Also fun fact Mars is even called Barsoom in Pathfinders version of our own solar system.

I’m pretty sure you mean “slower” than light travel with thasteron.

Another good way to say this is LTL travel, or Less Than Lightspeed
So many characters of mine have come from Akiton. I'd like to run a whole campaign there sometime.
