I'm a BJP supporter but I liked Rahul Gandhi's speech for the first time. He raised some points which were necessary to be put in front of the Government.
Edit: After listening to the PM, I feel like he countered every argument raised by Rahul Gandhi. It was very obvious that Narendra Modi shall present a better speech, but more surprising bit is that Rahul Gandhi wasn't even present in the parliament during PM's speech. I guess I appreciated Rahul Gandhi too soon.

Finally a good speech. Solid points on weak national security, fragile economy, confused foreign policy, and diminished social cohesion. He needs to keep at it and keep the message clear. Need of the hour. He's being humble by letting those who are shouting to speak. This man has got values. Hope Indian youth watches this video fully without judging or being biased. Please watch it with open-mind. Each and everyone of us are responsible for the fate of our country. I'm not saying BJP is bad, they just need to consider the voices of all the states and their requests. If they learn to do so, they'll stay for the upcoming years. Or else people will swarm like bees and kill one day.
