The mini Track was awesome. I've had this amp head since I've been 17/18, it was my first tube head and it's really versatile. E.g. it's one of the amps being blended in the guitar sound for The Haunted (their new album is currently being recorded), which is a cool metal contrast to your example :).
Nice review. To me it sounds like it has a little more upper mids than i would like but overall very nice sounds and very usable for any kind of rock-ish sounds. The solo was quite surprising but the progressive part was .... well ... a blend of Petrucci, emulsified with Hackett and a pinch of Fripp😁?
Aha thanks a lot for your comment! Yes, it's probably pronounced on the upper mids but I think you can further tailor the eq to your liking, not to mention also the IR that you can use with it. Cheers!
