    Great video as always, it would be really interesting if you did do a collab with Matt Sheldon (he commented on your video of him btw). I think it'd be great seeing two really knowledgeable football creators work together

    That's a great video man. I will try these exercises soon, and I love the stuff that you put on there (these longer videos). I would really like to know the rep count and sets that you do, because it is really the only thing that you don't mention. Should we aim for lower rep range for plyos?

    For the medicine ball fake throws is it fine to use a plate if u don’t have med balls? Or does anyone have a better alternative

    Would love a video about how to find out whether you are stiff or weak. And some important principles and exercises to both types.
    Should be a great introduction to your stuff for a new viewer as well

    P.S would love some longer stuff like full medium or high stim days with rest times, reps, sets, etc. if that is possible. Great work man!
