ive spent 2 years tying to figure out how to upgrade this specific pc being a console gamer I'm not used to upgrading parts just buying a whole new system
Nice, I’m getting an and 40l with a 3060 ti for Christmas with my own money and my parents want it to last through college so Ik I’ll probably have to do some fixes/upgrades down the line

I don't know for sure what the 3060ti pulls but my 3080 pulls 320w so I'm sure it could use a psu upgrade.
Is the motherboard and PSU able to be swapped

@@TheAbsoluteEditz4 make sure the card is two fan and yes it will fit. some 3 fan gpus will fit too but you gotta be aware

@@rossgatzke5929 mine was under a plastic thing labled ssd2 it blended in above the graphics card yours may be under it or above it.
Turns out the model I have doesn't have a second slot so that's why I couldn't find it.

Hey for the tg01 the hp pavilion gaming desktop what's the part number for the OMEN coller or am I better off on ebay. Also can u add a intake fan on the tg01 the cooling is a bit meh. Otherwise what other cooling options are there for the tg01 that don't need mounting hardware.
Take the side panel off if you want. Get a better cpu cooler. Get a house fan to blow on it. These are just simple cooling mods you can do. You can always plug a fan in and just zip tie it to something

Do u know what can fit in the 30l? I was told I can only get the Founder Edition cards cause they only have two fans oppose to the off brand 3 fan setup(MSI)
Check website measurements for card and subtract a few inches from pc measurement depending on how you want to mount the card

I have this system and the GPU crashes sporadically, so I think the card is bad(I've done all the testing, and dealt with both HP and NVidia tech support over the past month)HP wants to charge me $325 to replace the card but I would rather upgrade if I can at that price. My main concern is using the 3060 upgrade as a replacement but will it run properly just on 500W or does that have to be updated to 750W? Thanks!

I had to wipe windows and start fresh, I put in a new gpu and now i cant get my display to work the motherboard doesnt have any display ports or hdmi port to use the intergrated graphics, any suggestions?

So I have a omen 30l with a 2060 and I want to upgrade to a 3070, 3080, or 3090. Will the graphics card fit
depends what model you will get
In general, all 2-fans GPUs will fit with 30L case, I even upgraded to 4070 and still have space left over.
Could i fit an amd 6800xt in this?

My omen 30L came with a RTX 2060 and I have a ryzen 7 what would you recommend upgrading my CPU or my GPU?
I have the same omen and I personally think upgrading the graphics card and ram is better as the ryzen 7 can already run most games pretty great

@@Leonlldashey how did the upgrade go? Is it fine? Because I’m guessing you have stock psu which is 500 watt, and it is “recommended” to get at least 750watt psu. Just asking because I also want to upgrade to a 3060, but I’m scared my pc will burn or not work due to low power supply.
@@klampers bro it was the best upgrades ever. My PC runs amazing now and plays games at very good settings upgrading to 1000 W gold PSU is recommended I bought a red dragon thousand watt gold PSU
