Btw, no one argued that people who weren't present at the protest can't understand what was happening. Rose and Destiny were misrepresenting them as contributing/inciting the riot. The actual argument was that they weren't involved in "storming the capitol," and that their demonstration was relatively passive.

If it could be explained the procedure for determining if these discrepancies match up with the early mail in ballots exactly vote for vote, most conservatives would be on board. Destiny is literally assuming without looking further into the procedure and many of you just follow along. That’s just one state. With nearly double mail in amount audits like this but more extensive upfront with their metrics should be done at every state.

Destiny and Fuentes are great when they argue, Destiny ought to debate him more often. Although, this was definitely one of Fuente's weaker debates, Rose Wrist's quotes really hurt his argument lol.
Also, BakedAlaska did nothing here anyways, just have a 2v1 between Fuentes and Rose/Destiny. Fuentes would do better unironically.

He wasn't charged with conspiracy for raiding the capital because he didn't plan it out beforehand. But he did advocate, whether intentionally or not, for people to take action against the government during the riot. That's what Destiny and Rose are saying. Fuentes was saying he went there peacefully, and a majority of people were peaceful, but Destiny and Rose are saying that the words and speech that Fuentes gave at the riot were not peaceful, and Fuentes was trying to goad the crowd. Whether or not the court charges Nick isn't relevant because neither Destiny nor Rose is making that argument.
Like, when you say to "forcibly evict them from the capitol," it sounds a lot like you really want the congressmen out...
