Cool video............but I have one issue with the technique. (2:00) One thing I would not recommend is dipping your clone cuts into the actual bottle of the rooting stimulant. You do not want to dip the stem/cut into the bottle because the stem could be contaminated with a virus or fungus and then it gets into the bottle and ruins the whole thing (if the root stimulant is watery, throw it away because its no good). You should always pour your root stimulant into a shot glass or small tube container to keep contamination out the original bottle.
Thank you very much for your absolutely perfect video! I just received 20 4" cuttings from Amazon and I needed to learn what their needs are! You are very clear and concise with the melodious voice of an Angel
I wondered if this would work so bought two lucky bamboo stalks 6 inches tall. Cut the stalks off and did as instructed. I also cut the main stems into 3 sections. After a month I had 17 small lucky bamboos. This was months ago. I’ve since taken my initial purchased two stalks and turned it into 1709 lucky bamboos. Wasn’t expecting this to be so addictive 😂🥰
HeAltH &TeChY Thank you for the information and videos! I had watched around a hundred and yours was the ONLY one that mentioned being able to grow from rootless stem cuttings.
At the point in the video 3:48 where you take the cutting from the stalk, what do you do with the stalk after you take the cutting? Will it continue to grow?
Thank you for guiding me to plant lucky bamboo plant. Can v plant it in soil directly? I hv planted d stems directly in soil. Will it grow? Can v use cinnamon powder as rooting hormone?
Now see I didn't get to see all the top with the candle wax because my lucky bamboo had actually mostly died away so I tried to grab the greenest pieces I could and trim the bottom off of it after watching a couple videos and then basically just stuck them back into a pot and it seems like they have taken because they are no longer able to be pulled out of the dirt that I put them in. They've got a tight seal and I'm pretty excited about it. Do you think I'm going to have a lot of luck with these? I mean I'm not saying all of them have taken to the dirt but a majority have. I can't show a picture here unfortunately but now that I see that they're taking, I wish I would have spaced them out a bit more in the dirt. I will give them a little bit more time and maybe transplant them to a different container?
Can u send the link of the rooting hormone powder. Because in amazon most of the items are mentioning that you will have to put in soil. And I need for my bamboo plants which I keep in water
Please can you tell me if I should cut my brown leaves off of the ones that I just stuck into the dirt after saving them from a mostly dead plant? (See comment on main thread)
HeAltH &TeChY I just get a big aquarium filter with enough space to put a lot of bamboos I only paid 5 bucks for a cheap big chinese filter and dump them in and it helps grow the plants fast as well the more bamboos you have the more the water gets clean
This is the BEST video ever with all steps explained very fast, efficient, and nice presentation.
Thank you so muchh 😍
