I really like Paul Rudd, he seems like a great guy. I hadn't seen it in so long, I never realized that he was the guy in Clueless. I wish he would have talked about being Mike in Friends. The first so many movies he speaks about are ones that my wife and I watched many times together and they are special to me. She passed suddenly at the end of 2020 ( You don't need to say you're sorry or anything, it's cool). I'm surprisingly upbeat for someone who lost their soul-mate and will be alone until they die. Watching the films we used to like together makes me happy, and so does this video, Laura would have liked it I know.

I hold that film so dear to my heart and his portrayal has always really spoken to me, despite not being a major part in the film (though I’d say his character was definitely very impactful, especially that “we accept the love we think we deserve” scene)

That "I have to go to this other chair....oh this is a better energy" is legit one of the most accurate portrayals of someone on mushrooms. That sense of discomfort, brought on by the emotional pain of the conversation, and the need to shift physically in order to manage it, feels extremely real. And thence hilarious.
