    Doesnt it depend on what you are nourishing your body with? For example not eating any sugar, flour, fructose, seed oils, nuts - very limited dairy - what difference does it make if you eat once, twice, or three times in your window? What you eat matters.

    How can I get 60 X 60 grams of protein at each end of the 6 hr eating window? My protein goal is 120 grams ..

    Very true however still got results from fasting by not being so strict to be honest but your right tre is the true proper way but still lost weight as long as I did fast 16 to 23 hrs 5 or 6 times a week powerful fasting is but did not do it super strict like tre
