Don't expect yourself to do too well, after all competition nerves are a VERY real thing that happens, so lower your expectations a bit because if you put too much of an expectation on yourself, then you're going to be disappointed. Most importantly though, have fun! There's a ton of friendly people who you can talk to normally in a competition, and I've personally made a couple of really good friends from talking to them in cubing competitions. Good luck on your competition!
