Just sharing a tip. I mix my sugar and cocoa together first. It stops that clumping thing by wisking them without the flour.

I found if you coat your fruit with flour before putting it in the batter, they don't fall to the bottom of the pan when baking!

Very convenient to make ahead of time. I’m sure some would be surprised how much sugar is actually put in the mixes, but that’s how they r made. Love those glass containers. Great prices. These r all great make ahead mixes!!👍😊
